I came here to buy a case, keyboard and memory, this place had everything I needed. Everything about this place is how Best Buy and other electronics stores should strive to be. The 1Tb memory was in the wrong spot and they honored the price! It was 100 dollars and I got it for $50! This place is awesome! Return is 30 days for open item! You will just have to give them a reason why you’re returning it!

Great place to pick up electronics! They have everything from headphones to computers with a good selection of choices. You can catch some good deals here on open box/return items on top of their price matching. The space here is a little cramped at this location because they have SO much stuff in the store. With that being said the staff are abundant and friendly, making sure you find what you are looking for fast. Their selection, customer service, and prices make it worth the 25 minute drive to this location. I honestly feel bad that I haven't left a reveiw here yet. I have built 3 PC's over the last 7 years all with parts purchased from this location and will continue to do so. If you have never been to a Micro Center location you really need to give them a try :o)

Great selection and prices. This location is within a mini mall sort of thing - from the parking lot, go inside and up the tiny escalator to get to the micro center entrance. If you sign up for their email club you get a free flash drive every year and some other perks.

An invaluable place for PC and tech enthusiasts alike. There's a reason why people online envy those who live close to a location like this because it's one of the few brick-and-mortar stores that have everything someone needs to build a PC with. Not only that, their service goes above and beyond so that customers get exactly what they need and then some. The prices here are incredibly competitive compared to online retailers and they're even able to price-match if you find a cheaper listing somewhere else.

If you're not in the market for custom PCs they have a pretty wide selection in other things like mobile devices, networking equipment, printing machines and supplies, as well as a really robust repair service.

I've been a customer of this place for more than 10 years and I've yet to have been disappointed. If there's anything tech-related that I need/want to get, I legitimately head here first before shopping online.

A technology professional's candy store. Has almost everything I need and without having to wait for shipping.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything is easy to find as the store is very well organized and well kept. I have had much better experiences here than with several online only stores.

Came here a few weeks ago to get a custom-built PC since it was difficult to get one online within a reasonable time. They have options for same day builds which I think most people would aim for. The options that take longer are for enthusiasts. Although mine was completed by the next day, it's still significantly faster. It was also a little cheaper compared to a comparable build online. Build staff kept me updated and pointed out issues as they arose during the build. The only thing I'd recommend is offering internal packaging for those heavy GPUs. My setup didn't need it though. Another suggestion would be to offer an external boot and recovery drive for emergencies. An inexperienced consumer would find that very helpful.
Daniel, the sales associate, was quite helpful and knowledgeable. If you're new to custom PCs or experienced, he gave good reasonable suggestions without upselling. It's still a good idea to go in with a budget and know what your needs are. The sales staff on the floor were all attentive and helpful. There's a vast selection of products and apparently they'll price match as well.
All in all a great experience and my new go-to place for custom-built PCs.

You can find great deals and all kinds of PC components. Even if you're not a geek guy or someone who is not familiar with technology, they will help you with all your concerns. Great variety of components and reasonable prices. Highly recommend the store.

Was just visiting this city, and I heard there was a Micro Center nearby so I had to make the pilgrimage to the local Nerd Mecca with some friends so see if it lived up to the ones in Atlanta. I was blown away by the amazing selection of everything computers that every Micro Center has. Awesome store and a pretty darn good tourist attraction for us nerds 💀

Microcenter is great for getting different PC parts and getting your PC serviced. They built my PC after a friend tried valiently to do it for me, but I needed a professional. So glad we have one of these in the area.

One of the remaining large retailers where you can buy electronics. I have bough almost all mine from Micro Center. Micro Center has one of the best warranties around. If you purchase the extended warranty from they in almost all the cases they just give store credit for the full original price. No hassles. The staff is highly knowledgeable in each of there departments. Now and thru the pandemic they have been fully staffed and fully stocked.

Always a good experience. Picked up a couple of solid state computer drives. Help desk couldn't help with a problem but they tried and were quick to assess the situation

Came by on Sunday to pick up parts for my new PC. Daniel helped us (three times!) and was exceedingly patient even when we chose to change out some parts on the fly. He recommended others, looked up my dinosaur case for compatibility and we were in and out painlessly. 10/10 dude would ask Daniel to be the best man at my wedding

Man, I went in to just for a TV for my wife's office and ended up leaving with a whole new gaming setup. I was so happy with my service and the help I received from my guy Michael! Thanks Ping! You are the best.

This store is phenomenal! Their staff knows their stuff and is willing to take the time and make sure you get exactly what you need. Also, if there is an issue they make returns/exchanges a breeze!

Had everything I needed and made my first built pc through them! I had a 2k budget and as much as they are trained to over sell the gentleman I talked with understood my budget and with reason kept me in it I stated I was a newer builder but have expectations I stuck with what I got cause I can always add better in the future! Definitely recommend for anyone else to have all the information they require while building I could've gotten more for 2k but I wanted the rgb so it was costing a bit more of course but well worth the end result

It’s the closest thing to a spa day for nerds. The staff have motivation to talk with you and help you. They have some strange system to encourage the introverted nerd staff to ask you if you have questions and then they put a sticker on your item but it works well and I always can find help without asking. I usually go for the small things but have also gotten both of my Samsung TVs there. Most recently I got some filament for my 3D printer.

Jacob at the knowledge bar was very helpful. He listened to my issue and explain the whole Knowledge Bar repair process to me. Would highly recommend shopping here.

Lowkey one of the best spots to buy anything for technolgy. They got cables of all sorts, paper, pc parts, tvs, monitors and more!

Underrated

This Micro Center has always been my go to place for computer parts and various electronics. The staff are always helpful and informative whenever I have questions.
