Very professional. Got here at 8am and left by 3pm for a complete repipe of the house. Very very smooth operation and super reasonable price. Even hooked me up w someone who could fix all the drywall, who also did an amazing job!

They came out for a serious plumbing problem and had it fixed quicker than high priority plumbing would have done it and for half the cost. They made sure I understood what was wrong and what need to be done/fixed. I will hire them for any plumbing problem I have in a heartbeat.

Mr Wells and his team were second to none when plumbing our small business. Would recommend them for all plumbing issues!

He came out to give us a quote and told us he would send the quote in a couple of days. After almost a month we still never received the quote, so we called to ask about it. The receptionist was dismissive and rude and told us Scott would reach back out to us. Scott Wells still never gave us a quote. Time wasted.

They claim too be Christians but how they treat there staff is so wrong like trash

Customer beware: Ask for a copy of the video. They will quote you work without knowing the cause of the issue. They quoted $2,000. I had the work done somewhere else for $300. They didn't even quote work for the issue that was causing the blockage. It would have been a $2,000 waste.

We had 3 plumbers come out for what we thought was going to be an expensive job. To figure out what was wrong, we paid Scott-Wells $250 to find our clog with a drain camera. This fee usually includes camera and pipe clean out. I, luckily, asked for a copy of the video. They claimed the problem was an unclogged section of pipe that wasn't clogged in the video. Scott-Wells gave us an estimate for $2000 to repair it.

I called to ask for what the price included in terms of labor and parts. The secrerary took the message, but they did not respond to the call. It seemed high, and I doubted their estimate as they hadn't even found the clog.

I diagramed our pipes and determined that the leak was outside of the house based on the information. I sent the information and asked for them to give me a new quote as the repair they suggested was incorrect. I also asked if they could recam the drain as they hadn't found the clog. The secretary took the message, but they didn't respond for 2 business days. They still haven't responded.

Another plumber was able to determine it was just roots in the pipe, outside of the house, where I Indicated the issue was. They repaired it, capped two pipes, and created a clean out access to this pipe section for about 1/6 the price. I want a refund for that camera.

Don't bother. I paid $115 for a $10 part and it broke again. Waste of money and your time.
