Montgomery County Transportation

I called to report a light timing issue near a critical school intersection that was causing quite a long backup of cars amounting to a 15+ minute delay. I was immediately transferred to a representative who attentively and politely gathered all of the information and quickly identified the issue. He dispatched a team and the matter was resolved in approximately one hour. He also followed up with me twice to keep me informed of the progress. On behalf of all of the parents from various schools in that area - THANK YOU!!!

Oh please can you remember trying at house

Montgomery County does a terrible job, especially with managing their public street parking. They had a Parkmobile QR code on their parking meter registered for Washington DC instead of Maryland. I paid for the parking meter through the QR code and they charged me a $45 fine because the cities did not match on the QR code sticker which THEY placed. When I called to complain about this, they refused to admit to their mistake and blamed me. Now they are charging me $70 fine since they did not freeze my citation like they said they would while they were deliberating my case. TERRIBLE!!!

Montgomery county buses are horrible. They either leave early, late, or don't show up at all and there's a wait of 30 minutes for each bus. Which makes an hour if the one you are waiting on doesn't show up . A lot of drivers don't even let people on when they are approaching the door.

Been requesting a meeting with the director for months. He will not respond. Filed a complaint about employees behavior... he delegated it to the employees we were complaining about.
