Some of the best coffee I’ve had in ages, and a good egg-and-bacon bagel. Beautiful light, bright space with big murals. Lots of outlets. Very nice folks behind the counter. Lovely place where I’d love to hang out. This is not any of our most regular routes, but we go to Frederick regularly so we can swing by, and in general we’ll make a point of stopping by whenever we can!

I was so happy to discover this cute, cozy cafe and eatery. I work nearby and was looking for someplace where I could grab a sandwich for breakfast. I ordered a breakfast burrito and they were out but they were able to make another sandwich based on my original order. The girl working waited till I arrived to make my cappuccino so that it would be fresh and hot. Service went above and beyond, I wish I had discovered this place before! I love that they have healthy options and dairy substitutes. Highly recommended!

Cute vibe with lots of beautiful sunlight coming in! I got a egg and cheese bagel and was actually really impressed with the quality of bagel and the tastiness of the sandwich. I feel like there’s too many mediocre bagel sandwiches out there but the bagel’s here were the perfect combo of chewy, moist, delicious. Highly recommend!

Great little cafe. Decorated so nicely. It is a great meeting spot! Excellent smoothies wraps and salads!

Had breakfast there this morning and it was excellent. Friendly and fast service, nice atmosphere. Will be sure to come again when we are in town.

Love this little cafe! The food is delicious, service is friend and quick, and the decor is fun. I will definitely be back every time I’m in the area. We enjoyed a muffin and bagel with cream cheese, both reasonably priced.

Love the Soulful Cafe. The food is so fresh and it has great variety. . Best avocado toast I have ever had! Not only is the food amazing but the ambiance is warm and inviting. The organization I work for hosted an event in Main Street's Poppy Boy Kitchen (fabulous place for a facilitated meeting) and we had Soulfull Cafe cater the event. DELICIOUS!! The butternut squash soup was divine and no one could believe it was vegan (how did it get so creamy??). Really excellent both value and taste. Soulfull and belly-full!

It's such a beautiful place. I work with a few clients who live in the area. Even on a busy morning, the Soulfull Cafe staff are always smiling and ready to serve. Try the Apple Crumble, it's delicious.

Popped in for a quick lunch but loved the atmosphere and great interior. Pesto chicken sandwich was great and saw a variety of healthy options- the salads looked delicious. Staff was so kind and attentive, will be going again.

Hubby and I decided to try something new for lunch this weekend. They have a good selection of paninis, salads, smoothies,and some perfectly portioned deserts to satisfy your sweet tooth.Cute Cafe with good energy, cute decor, and a welcoming staff.

Lovely kind and helpful staff. I got a large iced chai that was less than $4! Several types of milk, including nut milks. They also have gluten free bread to sub in for all their sandwiches. The cafe is quiet and clean, I enjoyed eating my meal there. Would go again and recommend to a friend!

Great place for a smoothie and a breakfast sandwich, or a quick lunch in Rockville Town Center. I love the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast and the Great Falls sandwich for lunch. Even better, Soulfull employs people with intellectual disabilities as part of their staff, so you can have great food and support a great cause at the same time.

this coffee shop and breakfast and lunch spot in downtown Rockville is such a little gem! Bright, cheery, airy, great place to work or read while enjoying a bite. Nice sandwiches and wraps and just learned they do catering for downtown Rockville. Also mission driven supporting people with disabilities. Very friendly staff. I think they also rent the upstairs space for meetings and private events.

Soulful Cafe is delicious! I love the smoothies, wraps and salads. Perfect for lunch as they are quick and efficient. I also enjoy a morning coffee there.

Such a cute little treasure. Great atmosphere with such fun items for sale in their lobby. Ordered an açaí bowl and it was delicious!! Service was great and quick. Will definitely be going again.

Beautiful bright light cafe! Terrific for a quick lunch between meetings. My go-to favorites are the fresh smoked gouda cobb and chicken caesar wrap!

Clean and colorful interior, a couple outdoor tables. Coffee was great, bright and a little sweet. If you prefer 'strong coffee flavor' then you might want an extra shot.

Just had a great ham and cheese wrap with chips. Really a very tasty lunch, even simple meals they make are very good, nor expensive either!

Spotless and modern. 2nd level for private or Corporate meetings too. Lots of choices and great menu board. Got The Monroe- an egg, tomato, spinach, and guacamole on everything bagel. Delicious!
