Flagship Carwash

I was visiting Maryland from out of state and needed a quick wash to get all the bugs off my bumper that racked up during the 10 hour drive. This was the closest carwash to my family’s house that I was staying at so I went Saturday morning and was honestly surprised by how clean my car came out. I’m not one to write reviews, if I am happy with the service I’ll return if I’m not I wont. Its as simple as that. I have never been to an automated carwash that did such a job on the bug splatters everywhere. They dont do the inside but free self vacuuming is available with a wash which was a plus (especially with all the cheerios my daughter spilled along the way!!). Will be visiting next time I visit the Maryland in-laws for sure

I have been coming to this Flagship almost weekly, for years before it became an express-only location. I was apprehensive about it going from full-service to express, with the do it yourself vacuuming. However after having been there several times already since the renovation I am extremely pleased with the quality of exterior wash from the tunnel wash. An issue I get having a german car is terrible brake dust and after the renovations I have noticed a HUGE improvement in how well the wheels are cleaned. As far as the change from full to self-serve interior, I honestly prefer vacuuming myself as I can take the time to vacuum thoroughly. All equipment is new and they provide pressurized air to clean interior crevices, something I have never seen at a carwash offering self-serve interior detailing. The service is also always very friendly and they make frequent rounds to stock up on towels for customers to use. The manager Silvia is also a delight to work with. She is always so helpful and will not be happy unless you are happy.

Today l went to Flagship on 355 to clean my car for my birthday. I was very pleased to see the facility is very neat and clean. The service is very orderly they take care of your car. Silvia greeted me to take my order and l was overwhelmed that she cared about my car and providing quality service. She went the extra mile to ensure l was satisfied. David was there when l was vacuuming and prepared to provide service as well. In a time when things are so automated it is refreshing to go to a business that cares about more than just getting your money. Go get your care clean by a company that cares about good service.

The best car wash in town free vacuum after you wash your car and free towels, clean and peaceful place to relax cleaning your car. The Team is awesome.

I did a Full Service Detailing here and it was excellent. I have a 14 yr old car, and it looked like it was old and crusty, but it came out looking brand new.

I just left Flagship with Great Service! There was plenty of staff & wonderful customer service. I was asked if they can do my tires, it was great!! Lots of time talking to staff. I will be returning!!

Manager came out to tell me to go back through to get hand washed since it wasn’t clean enough. Also tire shined me at no charge and provided fresh towels.

My truck was crying on the inside and out, and I felt terrible. I went to the Rockville location and was greeted with a smile. I got the deluxe wash and needed to vacuum the interior and wipe the dust off everything. I was expecting someone to vacuum and wipe my truck down, but after I parked in front of the vacuums and saw the rags, I realized that someone would be me. I enjoyed myself. It wasn't cold out, and I made sure no spot was missed. My baby is shiny and clean again, and I will make this my location in the future!

I love the renovation it was great I wash my car for half the price and I can personally have it vacuumed and cleaned inside in a nice clean area. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs.

Just got a car wash at the Flagship Carwash on Hungerford Drive in Rockville. Very easy to navigate, high quality, relatively inexpensive, free vacuums and soft towels and, of great importance, a very responsive and friendly staff…to their credit, they are customer-care oriented.

Lines can be long, especially for the self service. They do a quick and thorough job. Bring cash for the tip stand on the way out. If the bring the kids they sell soda and ice cream treats.

Very good custumer service .what I like most is that it is free to vacuum, of course , first you have to wash your car I recommend that place to have your car washed

Best express wash fr you get free vacuums after you wash your car is dope as well as the cloths clean.

They did a great job on my car. It was a mess, but within 10 minutes (and the Ultimate Wash), my car was vacuumed, wiped down, and the exterior gleaming. It wouldn't hurt if I went over the windows with window cleaner, but the windows were definitely cleaner, and considering the scope of the job, they did an excellent job. These guys work very, very hard and I appreciate their mostly thankless hard work. Therefore, thanks, guys!
