Brocatos Breakfast & Lunch

Tried the fried shrimp Po' Boy and it was fantastic! Onion rings were different than I usually prefer but I ended up enjoying them. Also tried the cornbread and it was pretty plain, but I mean...it's cornbread.

Food here is done cafeteria style for the most part, with some things ordered at a window and brought to the table.

This place is amazing. My husband and I stopped in for a quick lunch. We had never been there before. They had a large variety of foods and specials. The food was amazing. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Great food, friendly service and the atmosphere is like being at family get together. Brocato's is the best way I know to get "home cooked" food without the work and waiting time. Perfect for the work lunch crowd. Great breakfasts too! Besides fabulous food the owners of Brocato's are good people. I live out of town and go eat here when I am home, but my parents are frequent visitors and they are treated like family members.

One of the best breakfast places in America and I travel all over the US for work. I haven't eaten lunch here but the menu changes daily. A meat and 3 shifted buffet lunch. Looks great highly recommend.

Brocato's is a wee bit different. When you hear the name, you think Italian restaurant, I'll take the wife out for dinner! Surprise! They're only open for breakfast and lunch five days a week, closed weekends. And, the menu is more home cooking than Italian. But, the format works for them and the food is wonderful. I had a muffuletta and my wife had a shrimp poboy. Yep! It's a "come back" kinda place. I'm definitely going to be here on a Wednesday for lunch in order to try the Chicken Fried Steak, my favorite meal.

First time stopping in could be overwhelming, before you get seated you go up and get your food. I recommend getting what's on the "line" for the day. It works like a cafeteria. Choose from a couple of meat options and many sides. Then pay, get your drink, and seat yourself. The chicken fried steak was phenomenal! The mac n cheese and cucumber salad were just as good, if not better than the chicken fried steak. If I wasn't just passing through I'd be a regular.

My husband and I tried this place for the first time about a week ago. After hearing all the buzz around town, we decided to give it a try and they did not disappoint. I'm not a pancake fan, but these were out of this world! Smooth, buttery and melt in your mouth. We also had the biscuits and gravy and one of the various omelets they offer. The customer service was great and the food was excellent. We'll definitely be going here again.

Every single thing we tried was amazing. Perfect comfort food, great staff, the kind of place you bring your family from out of town to try. You might have a hard time parking though!
