Our experience with Trahan's from the initial call to the time they left with job complete was smooth and professional, yet personal. It felt like just working with regular people who have skills and know what they are doing and are willing to work with you to get the job done. They are very responsive to both emails and calls.

We have used them for smaller jobs in the past. This time around, we had a laundry list of things to do, some of which were normal electrical jobs, like installing new outlets in the house, replacing outdoor outlets, adding in more outdoor-rated outlets to the utility area, and under cabinet lights in the kitchen.

But they handled the more custom/non-standard jobs just as easily, such as adding in surge protection into a breaker box, hard wiring point-of-use hot water heaters under a sink with power, and doing the physical install of Ring security lights and cameras. They were personable, pleasant, cleaned up after themselves and offered real advice on how to go about getting the results we wanted. Will definitely call them again when we need more electrical work!

Ty Latiolas came out to our home in Carencro and fixed our electrical problem in no time!!! My wife said,” He was thorough , professional and just so nice.” She never felt uncomfortable at all with him. Thank you for helping us!! I highly recommend!!!

I recently had work done by Trahan's Electrical. The company was very professional with quick service to my area. Ty came out to the house while I was at work and stayed in constant communication, explaining each issue that he found, even going as far as sending me videos of the issues that he found and the fixes that he performed. I very highly recommend Trahan's for quick, reliable, and affordable work!

Not only did Trahan’s send someone out the same day as a major electrical issue arose, but helped my family stay safe until they could come back out and fix the problem! As President of an HOA, I had to find an electrician ASAP for an emergent need at one of our units. After receiving many dead ends from multiple companies, we reached out to Trahan's and they came the very same day and fixed the pertinent issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician, Liam, was fantastic with communication and keeping me up to date on the project. I am super happy to have found them and will be keeping them as a first resort for all future electrical needs at our complex.

I honestly had to select/call an electrician on the spot for an emergency which was extremely stressful; no real time to research or talk to friends. I read some Google reviews about Trahan’s and took the plunge and am glad I did. They sent someone almost immediately who, despite being perhaps a little young looking was very knowledgeable and professional. He spent time to make sure our somewhat dangerous issue was resolved and we plan to have him come back and do more work for us in the future. I thought the pricing was quite reasonable (though I don’t know for sure as I haven’t had an electrician in ages) - but it certainly wasn’t exorbitant or unfair. I thought the young men were friendly and feel we were in good hands. I’m very grateful they sent someone so soon as it was a bit frightening (sparks from our breaker box!) Will absolutely call again. Thank you.

We used Trahan's to install lighting, fans, and outlets for a new shed. They did a great job! I got recommendations on what to install, a very reasonable price quote, and the job was done quickly. They answered all of my questions before and during the work and were very professional and clean. Trahan's is the only electrical service I will use!

I asked for 2 additional circuits to be added to my garage, 50amp & 30amp. Mr. Trahan gave me excellent advice that went beyond what was expected, helped me with decisions on how to future proof the installation and ran all wiring with consideration to the fit and finish of the final product.

The installation resulted in no damage to dry wall (he is a magician when it comes to running lines) and did not cut corners when it came to routing lines in the attic, everything was neat and tidy, zip tied to existing runs.

Finally, Mr. Trahan cleaned after his work and left the workspace cleaner than he found it...

He will get my business again, now with the workshop up and running, I need some AC to be powered!

Jack called TRAHAN ELECTRIC BECAUSE OUR ELECTRICITY WAS GOING IN AND OUT LIKE A SURGE. THAT WAS ONE Frightening experience…. HE CALLED AND MR TY SENT ME A TEXT STAYING HE COULD BE THERE IN 15min IF THAT WOULD BE OK? I QUICKLY RESPONDED BACK WHEN I READ THAT. HE DROVED UP INTRODUCING HIMSELF AND THAT HE WAS GOING TO LOCATE PROBLEM IF THERE IS ONE. WELL LONG STORY SHORT THE SURGE WAS COMING FROM MY BACK GARAGE SO MY HOUSE WAS OK.HE TURNED OFF THE BREAKER BOX AND GAVE ME THE ESTIMATE TO REWIRE GARAGE. THANKS TY . Remodeling a house and needed helps with a few electrical projects. Trahan’s was able to come out the same day I called to give me a quote. The work was finished quicker than I expected and under what I had budgeted for. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

We had the "classic" electrical issue right before hosting a holiday gathering, and Kelly and the team at Trahan's electrical were great to work with. They sent someone out that day to assist. Their technician, Austin, was great to work with and worked very hard to identify the issue. Being that we have an old house, further work was needed. With that said, you can tell this is a well run electrical company with team work, positivity, and knowledge embedded into their practices. I would highly recommend them.
