Melina is the BEST if you prefer to pay the least for the most . Extremely helpful and knows what she's talking about and if she doesn't she will find out. Definitely worth going for the customer service.

A woman I think her name was Shay was the best in the store so far . Got me a cheaper plan . I will send all my friends to that great woman

This is the 3rd experience in this store and each time it’s been a very easy experience. The sales associates are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They will stay with you and explain the process from start to finish. Today was no different. She had me set up and ready to go with a new product in a timely manner.

Caleb is always so kind and helpful. All the staff here are always kind and knowledgeable. Took the time to help me find the perfect phone for my daughter's Christmas gift, set it up, and put the screen protector on to ensure we didn't have a nightmare the very same date she opens it. Truly appreciate the staff at this store!

Andrew was amazing. Truly went above and beyond to help me buy my mom a new phone for her birthday. He quick and efficiently set everything up and transferred all of her data from her old phone. Andrew even patiently helped her pick out and a case and installed screen protector for her new phone. He has excellent customer service and communication skills. I’d rate him 20/5 stars if I could!!

Me and my girlfriend spent 2-3 days getting the run around with AT&T and finally decided to just go give Verizon a try and it turned out to be the best decision we could’ve made. The employees that helped us were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they were even able to give us a better deal than AT&T. I’m so glad we decided to give Verizon a try. They just gained 2 new and happy customers.

Andrew was AWESOME! We had to wait a few minutes because the store was so busy.. I listened to him help others and really cared about their concerns. Mistakes he didn’t even make. When’ he got to us he took time to answer all of our questions and help set up my devices! He did not make me feel rushed even though there was a line of folks after me. This place is consistent. It’s like this every time. Won’t do business with anyone else!

Andrew was amazing! He was willing to go above and beyond what is the norm to make sure I got everything I needed and he is very personable and easy to talk to. I will definitely be back to see him! I greeted very nicely by all 3 employees in the store as I walked in. Shanna immediately asked my needs . When I explained she was very eager to help with my problems. When she was unable to answer my question she gave me info on whom to contact for help. Then she was very helpful at getting my new device and setting it all up.

The staff said hello as soon as I walked in. The wait was about ten minutes as they were seeing other customers. The young lady had a quick response to all my questions. She settled my concerns really quick. My entire visit was excellent. Thanks!

Amazing customer service one girl went out of her way to get me a Google pixel 4 XL even to the point of driving to meet up with someone to get it. She was absolutely great. Also when I picked it up from the store a guy helped me set it all up and he as well had great customer service. I was shocked by this store I am not use to such great customer service.

Russell was friendly, courteous and informative. He also let me know my charger had a warranty with his store and with the manufacturer. I appreciate quality customer service like this.

If you need a phone with good stable service verizon is the way to go, haven't had any real issues, and for this store there fast and reliable and will get what you need, Caleb is one of the best workers there.

I went to Verizon looking for a cover for my new iPad Air. They did not have any in stock but Shanna offered to order one for me that would be delivered to my home within 2-3 business days. She took very good care of me, very prompt and courteous.

Andrew at the Corinth Russell Cellular Verizon store solved my problems on 11OCT20 to set me up with a new Galaxy S20. Very fast service; Andrew can multi-task! Andrew switched all items over from the old phone that crashed. Management needs to keep Andrew at that store with all honor, praise, and award. I'm very pleased with my new purchase!
