I love at&t they always have the best people solved all the problems I have and they are not many. If I could give an award it hands down would go to at&t they got the speed they got the games music videos weather knowledge and all in a safe environment and the spell correct isn't bad ether thank you all at at&t I'm John Davis

Mason Dowd was an excellent, professional sales rep, he explained everything in great detail with our bill and what each cost would be before proceeding with each transaction, he was very informative and knew his products, a huge shout out for a great purchase with our new phones

Went in to upgrade my phone. Red was quick to ask how he could help me and told me everything I needed to know! Excellent customer service, fast in and out, and a thank you as I left! If you go to this store I recommend you ask for Red, he’s on top of his game!

This is my first time to leave a review for anything; however, my experience was so great I thought I would share. If you are needing help with a phone, a new phone or a tablet this is the place to go. I make a special trip to this store because of the wonderful customer service that Latisha Jones provides! She has been my go to for all phone and tablet needs for several years now. She is very helpful, friendly and fast! Thank you for taking care of my phone needs! Latisha, you are awesome!!

The manager was very courteous & professional...he made every effort to make sure every one in the store was being helped & thanked everyone for their patience...the sales associate, Terrie, was super helpful! She gave us lots of info and advice we needed to make the decisions that were best for our purchases! By the time we left, we felt like a friend rather than just a customer! Very, very patient as well...great experience!!

Mrs. Sherika was fabulous! The watch I wanted to purchase was not in stock, but she ordered it for me and it will be in the mail in a few short days. She also applied a discount on my plan through my workplace which was awesome news to hear as well. Thank you so much! Fantastic customer service!

Robert Smith-McGee was very knowledgeable with all of the products you have available. He was very courteous in taking time with me and helping me choose the phone that would be the best for me. He downloaded everything from by old phone to my new phone. He is a super nice man.

Mason was an incredible sales associate. He was smart, speedy, helpful, considerate and helped us save in ways we’d never been offered before. Our family had 5 upgrades that day, and he was patient and very nice to talk to during our time there. He is highly recommended and would deserve any promotion that comes his way in the future!

Mason was my sales representative and he was very nice, I even swapped my cell phone and service. He swapped out old phone stuff to new. Download said 45 minutes and he said no worries go eat dinner with husband and come back and get it. Very nice young man! The only bad thing was my Dad passed away and we couldn't find his pin number and had to change severice for my Mom completely including number she had for 45 year because we couldn't locate his pin. There should be an exception in these cases. Not the sales rep issue but a company issue.
