Popped a tire at 530am trying to get an early start on a road trip. Dennis got us in as soon as they opened (8), ordered us a tire and had us out the door by 10. We are very pleased with the efficient and friendly service. Would use again!

I take my HVACR service van here, for it's repairs. Dennis(both) are super nice and friendly. Since I don't pay for repairs(my boss does) I can't say how they are priced, but if my boss goes here that means they are super reasonable and affordable. They do great quality work, in a fast, friendly, professional manner. I highly recommend these guys!!

I recently had to switch mechanics after the one I went to had to close his doors. Denis and his staff have great customer service, do a great job and are thorough. Their prices are competitive and they do their job as quickly as possible without taking short cuts. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. I had a very minor job to be done. Mounting a new tire. They did a great job for a very reasonable price. I was referred to the shop by a good friend.. who always is impressed with their honesty and integrity.when I was there I sensed they are very good people honest and treat their customers right.

I had a flat in front of Government Building in Old Town St Charles. I called ACE asking if he would fix my tire real quick if I brought it down (my car was on a jack w wheel off) he said "come on down"! The lot was full, a good sign of a good business. They fixed my tire in 10 minutes and I was back on the road in half hour!! Thank you ACE Tire!! 💛

My family has been coming to Ace for all our vehicular problems for 6+ years, and the wonderful staff has taken great care of us from the start! Prices are always great, they will work with you and give you everything they know about your car.

Great bunch of guys and treat customers with utmost respect. I do a lot of car repairs myself but these guys are my go to when I'm stumped or need tires. Work is dependable and prices are fair. Any review from a person who leaves less than 5 stars is clearly a person that would order a Kobe beef ribeye steak well done and then complain about how it wasn't as tender as they wanted.

Prices are beyond reasonable. Treated me with the utmost respect, listen to my problems that needed looked at, had a appointment within a week, took care of my repairs within one day. Staff very knowledgeable.

I took my 2006 Sierra 1500 to a local dealership for service on the AC that wasn't working. Dealer said the AC belt tensioner and the AC belt needed replacing as well as the high-side Schraeder valve (the Schraeder valve alone was priced out at $306.50). Additionally, Dealer said they needed to perform an automatic transmission fluid exchange service / drain, flush and refill engine coolant system / perform a total fuel system service ...Total cost for all recommended services: $1,240.51.

When I researched the cost of Schraeder valves and discovered that the local auto store sells them for around $10.00 and they can be installed in less than 1 minute once the system is evacuated I was done with my dealer's service department.

A friend of mine who has used Ace Tire & Auto for years suggested I contact Dennis Jr. at Ace and let him look at the vehicle. I dropped the truck off on Tuesday and told Dennis exactly what services the dealer suggested the truck needed. I got the truck back the next day. Dennis replaced the AC switch, did an evac/recharge on the AC system and replaced the high side Schraeder valve (for $10.00!!!). Including the freon, shop fee and labor the total bill was just over $200.00. Dennis assured me that there was no need to exchange the transmission fluid or the engine coolant. Additionally, he did a multi-point inspection on the truck and said the brakes, fluids, etc. were all in good shape.

I am so pleased to have finally found an auto service store that tells you what your car needs and ONLY what it needs!
