Olivino Tasting Bar

Olivino is a great place to discover a new world of taste.

Today I stopped by to explore the site and the attendant on duty was a very awesome lady who’s knowledge of mixology of vinegars and oils is ridiculous.

We talked food and drinks and she had several suggestions for vinaigrette’s, drinks and marinades. I could of spent another hour or two with her

I walked away with several bottles to make some tasty items at home!

Average bottles run 17.99 and up

Also has plenty of gifts and other items most people who find handy for the kitchen.

I was coming back from a birthday party with my daughter and on our way back to the car, she asked me to go inside this store. I thought was funny a 5-year old to asking to visit a store that does not sell toys, but I played along. We were immediately greeted by two young women who served my daughter some delicious samples of popcorn and brownies made with their olive oils. They taught us some tricks to make vegetables tastier and some interesting combinations. They were extremely knowledgeable and kind, and we ended having a great time. By the way, the store is gorgeous.

We had a great time while having a cocktail and learning about balsamic and olive oil pairings. The female and male employees made us feel so welcome by the time we left they felt like friends we could just hang out with.

Incredible olive oil and balsamic store. So many options and great combinations to choose from. They even have a small area in the back where they serve cocktails that have balsamic as an ingredient in each one. They are amazing. The staff is very helpful. Highly recommended and we will be back!

Went here for a date with my spouse, and it was perfect. We got to learn about various applications, taste combinations, and chat about ideas on how each could be used in our home.

The staff guided me based on some specific uses I had in mind and things I've liked in the past. They were so knowledgeable and kind and shared all sorts of recipes for using the items I selected.

The moment I got home, I used the (spicy) Harissa EVOO to roast some brussels sprouts, then tossed them in a spicy honey before serving and they were MAGNIFICENT!!

Kathy’s customer service and follow up went above and beyond. I’ll be back due to Kathy’s smile and willingness to take extra steps.

I stopped in on the way to dinner for my mamas birthday and no idea what to gift her. What an amazing experience! I forgot to get the name of the employee who helped me but she was awesome. She was friendly and jumped in to help me. When I mentioned my mom LOVES pomegranate she showed me exactly what they had and gave me an idea what to pick. She also directed me to the birthday cards they had handy which saved me an extra trip to find one and then wrapped up my purchased super pretty with colored tissue paper. It was such a great interaction. I will for sure be back again! Thank you Olivino!!!

Amazing olive oils, balsamics, vinegar, asking with a wealth of knowledge on the products. I've been buying my oils from them for quite awhile. Never leave empty handed!
However last night we experienced one of the tastings!!! So much fun! Got a few tastes of almost calorie free drinks! Along with some great good ideas!!! Thanks so much for a very memorable night, and can't wait to attend another class!

Stopped by while waiting for a table at a restaurant near by, and my best friend and I are now obsessed!! This place is so freaking fun. Darian was so amazing and so knowledgeable. We will be stopping by all the time to hangout at their quaint little bar in the back where they marking AMAZING drinks featuring their balsamic vinaigrette’s. Highly highly recommend!!

I never knew there were so many different flavors of balsamic vinegar and olive oils. Silvia helps us and explained all the differences and what to use them with. Then we had a couple of cocktails.
It was very fun!

This place is amazing, I learned so much about olive oil and balsamic vinegar from Michael and Sylvia and the cocktails they made for me were unlike anything I had ever tasted. I will return soon with Tinker, she always steals the show, they're very pet friendly.

I live in PA but I was able to purchase products from this family-owned business from a wonderful employee named Silvia. She was very helpful with the process of choosing products that would fit my taste buds. She is very knowledgeable about the products and is very professional. If you have the opportunity to visit this store, please tip Silvia. She should get commission for how many products she sells every time she works!

Every time I go into Olivino, the staff is warm and accommodating. If I'm not getting my routine Tuscan and Herb olive oil, I'll be leaving with a new olive oil and balsamic combo that I bring to a friend's place for dinner, and it's the favorite of the evening! You always will be leaving Olivino with a great product that will get everyone thinking you're the best cook! Highly recommend!

Ever been to an olive oil tasting? They do it every day! The only way to buy oil. Love the variety, and the people are extremely knowledgeable. They even show you how to mix or create different oils for different types of food. And it's right in the heart of St. Charles Fifth street area.

Great variety of olive oil and balsamic. They serve cocktails made with balsamic that were very good. I bought some to go home and try there.

This is a little slow in coming, but better late than never as they say. Lol
My neice and nephew wanted to visit your little shop. In my mind I'm thinking" oh joy a shop that sells olive oil and vinegeretts". So, we went in and I fell in love! I wondered around after tasting the different samples and found the little bar at the back. The very nice young lady made me a Sex on Beal Street cocktail. OMG!!
I loved it, yes loved it.
I live in Texas but I'm definitely going to call and see about placing an order.
