Even Hotel Rockville - Washington DC Area, an IHG Hotel

We stopped by on April 24. We were very warmly welcomed at the reception. Everything was described and explained in detail. Parking near the hotel, covered, $20 per day. The room is small but cozy. There is everything you need. And most importantly, there is a mat for classes, a roller and expanders. The room is clean. There are no complaints about this. You can have an inexpensive dinner at the hotel, but with high quality. There are wings, salads, shrimp, steak on skewers. There is a large selection of snacks and drinks. There is a refrigerator and a coffee machine in the room. Special thanks for the cork flooring in the room.

My stay was made great by obmar or Omar great hospitality, helped me with parking and truly made me feel like a guest in his place. The beds are to die for!! The best sleep I've had in a while, felt like a cloud. They have a microwave in the lobby(because you cant get one in the room) for residents' convenience, though they get negative marks on their inspections from corporate for having it which is ridiculous but they keep there anyways which made me respect the management more.

This hotel is top notch. Super clean and spacious it’s all you can ask for in a hotel. Plus it has exercise equipment in all the rooms which is a nice touch! I highly recommend!!

The best thing about this hotel was our service we got from Wilver. Parking was a problem with the elevator out and w some other guests and he was quick to help, being super kind and went above and beyond. Thank you for being a good mgr we appreciate it - someone give this man a raise

I stayed here for 7 days,and was completely blown away by the customer service I received! Top notch!

The rooms: The rooms are extremely clean, and come with a fitness mat,fitness bands and cleaner wipes. I loved that they also had IHG fitness channels you can follow while you workout in your own room.

Breakfast: They have a menu for the breakfast that they will prepare for you.

**Parking: parking is $18.00 per day, and is only on the 4th and 5th floors of the garage. You will also need a parking pass presented in your front windshield.

Nearby attractions: At this location you're in walking distance to quite a few restaurants and stores. Also doordash does deliver here directly to your room as well.

Recommend?: I would certainly recommend staying here! Between the price ,the customer service and the features of the room , hands down is an excellent stay for any occasion, or vacation!

Simple stay in January, two days was enough. Wonderful experience...restful; just what I needed. Big thanks to Oumar for gifting me a complimentary breakfast for my birthday😇

While I didn't have a room at this location. I was visiting a friend and was impressed with the room. There are foam rollers, a yoga mat, and stretch bands. The lighting is soft and the room design is contemporary.

It's a hotel that I now know I would enjoy.

Fitness lovers this hotel is beautiful.. we had space in our room for quick workouts with mat and bands no need to bring your own. The entire hotel was clean with amazing staff

Only issue I had with the rooms is that the ac was a bit too cold and I could never get it to the right temperature but that’s on me not the hotel. It was clean, housekeeping was daily with complete refreshes, and many wonderful amenities. 7 minute walk to the metro and a few stops into DC. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. I had no complaints and will stay here again when I’m in the area.

Great hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved the gym and equipment in the room that encourages business travels to stick to their routine. Room was clean and spacious food was good. Parking needs a little bit of work but not terrible. Use the conference room space w/ coworkers and it was very accommodating. Overall great experience as a business traveler. Teresa was wonderful!

Top notch location near Twinbrook Metro station. The weird fitness affirmations everywhere were weird but whatever. The lotions were great and the hotel is CLEAN. LIKE REALLY CLEAN. Service loses a star bc they didn't change my sheets one day.

The rooms are 10/10. Beds, so comfortable. The bathroom fully equipped. Staff, friendly and well responsive. Parking spots available.
Not that expensive, worth the money.

Updating my experience to 5 stars, my most recent visit was a lot better. Initially the room I was given has a smoke smell but they gave me a new room and were very hospitable about it. There’s a black guy working the night shift who was very friendly and professional, I didn’t get his name. Their breakfast isn’t free but it was it was tasty. Overall I had a good stay this time.

There were two ladies there that were kind and provided great customer service during my stay. One of them was kind enough to let me use the gym right after checking out.

However the 3 star review and reason for -2 stars is the experience I received from a long haired brunette/black haired lady who had a bit of an attitude saying “oh wow that’s so nice of her” in a sarcastic tone when I told her that I was back to use the gym. Not only that the AC was never on at the gym, making it hard to work out because it was probably 80 degrees+ in there. When I asked her to turn it up she said she “definitely would” but didn’t feel like it ever came on lol. Customer service is not her thing. She gave the place a bad vibe but other than her, everyone else was courteous and professional.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS HOTEL. a very European feel, spotless! I would stay again if I ever go back to that area
Hated to leave. Quiet as well!!!

First business trip, first time staying here. Highly impressed with the level of customer service! Gary, Grace & Theresa were very professional and went above the line of duty when I came across what was an emergency need.
I forgot all combs and brushes at home. Standing in my room with a wet head and no means to get ready I was in a panic. I called the front desk and asked if they had anything I could purchase. Unfortunately they didn’t. I had to be downstairs ready in 15 mins for my first work event. The staff jumped in and went to the local gas station to see if they could assist. I was SO pleasantly surprised when Gary showed up at my hotel room with a brush & comb in a gift bag. They literally saved my day! I know it may sound silly, but a woman with wet hair and no means to style my hair. Let’s just say I was SO thankful they came to my rescue! I would highly recommend this hotel and if in the area would stay here again! Thanks again for the best customer service ever in my books! 😉

Lucky to have discovered this on the hotel tonight app! The front desk staff were welcoming, attentive and kind. The workout equipment in room was clean and new, and the entire place was immaculate. They have standup and sit down desks in every room! Gym with huge windows too. The juice bar wasn’t there and the bar was closed for licensing but overall a stellar experience irregardless of the great value.

We really enjoyed the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the "exercise" theme. Rooms have some light exercise equipment. The hotel exercise room is excellent ... best i have ever scene. i needed a quiet place, outside of my hotel room, to take some conference calls for work. The staff helped me find spots work work in available places in the hotel ... very nice. We will certainly stay again.

This has by far bean the best hotel, in terms of amenities, that I have every stayed at. The staff was welcoming from the time I entered the building, give me a beautiful birthday card very and I was surprised to see a workout spot in the room with plenty of space in a cork flooring.

There is a mood light in the room, the bed was very comfortable is a refrigerator and there is a desk and chair. There is a sign welcoming you in each room on a white board.

The workout room on the first floor is extremely clean and the breakfast good.

There isn't anything I would change about my state thank you for having me.
