My husband and I had a very complicated tax return this year: we moved from a different state, changed jobs (relocation transfer between company divisions) and bought a new home. Elisabetta took her time to explain every portion and every line of our tax return with us. She never once made us feel like we were taking up too much of her time or a bother to her. Her follow-up was wonderful. The way she explained things to us will help us make better decisions in the future and be better prepared for next year. She was absolutely wonderful. The entire office staff was great! We really felt like valued clients and appreciate everything that Elisabetta and the H&R Block team in Platte City has done for us.

Elisabetta made my first tax experience without my mother a lot easier to deal with. I was super nervous going in but she made everything really easy. She helped me understand everything I needed to know. I will definitely return to see her next year.
