Vito Services

Vito Services was recommended by one of our neighbors. Our hot water tank needed to be replaced ASAP. They came out that same morning and we had a new water heater installed that same day. They were professional, prompt, and did an excellent job. We will definitely be using them for other future needs.

Dennell and Anthony are great! They took the time to resolve an issue very expeditiously with much thought and consideration. I will gladly recommend Vito’s to all my neighbors as they were referred to me. Thanks Dennell and Anthony!
PS- would highly recommend everyone to get a Moen Flo (purchased/installed by Vito’s) as it help make known an issue within my townhome.

A different contractor (not Vito) renovated our house including the replacement of our HVAC system and much of the duct work. During the first summer after completion we noticed water leaking from the ceiling in several areas from condensation in our ducts.

Our original contractor couldn’t solve the problem. A friend recommended Vito. A team of people came out and diagnosed our problem. Turns out the contractor installed air returns that were too small for the system and we weren’t getting enough air in the system. Vito came up with a multi-prong solution that addressed the problem.

Unfortunately, the following summer, we had condensation in one area of the ducts Vito didn’t wrap the previous summer. We were concerned that this was going to cost us even more money. But, we called Vito and they sent someone out right away to take a look. They fixed the problem same day and didn’t charge us for the additional work.

Tom and his team were smart and professional, and they stood by their original work and promise to fix the problem.

Vito's technician came over to perform a check-up on a ductless AC they had installed almost 9 years ago. It was reassuring to hear that the system was still performing as expected, and that no repairs were needed. The technician was knowledgeable and very personable. It was a really pleasant experience from start to finish.

We have had 2 recent visits (different issues) by Vito technician Jaimie, and he was terrific! Both knowledgeable and professional, he was great at explaining any issues he encountered. Happy to have him come for any of our HVAC needs!

Technician arrived and began preparing my home for the upcoming service. His work was being performed in my garage. He explained what was going to happen from start to finish. When the work was finished he cleaned up the area. He showed me the end result of the project he had been working on and explained how everything worked. Work was dine in a timely manner and area was cleaned up. He emailed me my receipt and left my premises. Job well done!!!!!!!!

VITO does great work. Very reliable, fairly priced, and thorough. They've kept our HVAC systems running reliability, efficiently, and cleanly for several years now and we would have no hesitation recommending their services to others.

Customer service rendered by Jamie was great. He explained the details of the work that would be done. A part needed to be ordered, and he returned a few days later to complete the task.

Very professional. They were on time. The plumber explained everything before starting the job. He also gave me options as to how much it would cost to repair. He left the area where he worked clean.

Carlos Diaz was exceptional on time (even worked out to come earlier, which helped me), came dressed with protective foot coverings before he entered, explained what he would do, he did it, explained the things he found, and did not try to sell me on services I didn't need. He left with me feeling better education and empowered.

Jaime from Vito is great! He identified and solved the problem of our heat pump that couldn’t be solved by the visits of technician from other company, saved me from a lot of stress! Vito services is professional and trustworthy.

Vito has always been prompt, thorough, and professional. We’ve used them both for hvac and plumbing and have been very satisfied every time we call them. They take a real interest in our wellbeing and put a personal touch on our heir care

Vito continues to provide timely professional service. That's why we are annual contract customers. Their technicians take the time to complete the job and speak with us about what they see is working well or may need attention in the near future. Also a plus - we have had the same plumbing service specialist for many years. He knows us, our pets and our house! The service staff is always very helpful. Bottom line - we receive both professional and cordial service earning 5 stars for both plumbing and HVAC.

Dennell Huntley gets 5 out of 5 stars for his punctuality, polite manners, friendliness, and, above all, his expertise. He solved my plumbing problem efficiently, and everything is working perfectly. Specifically, he replaced to shut-off valves under my kitchen sink that appeared to be decades-old. The next time I call Vito Services for my plumbing needs, I will definitely request Dennell Huntley. He is excellent and a lovely person with whom to interact! I wish him all the best.

Very professional, super convenient and able to work around my schedule, work quality is excellent and efficient. Highly recommend. Tiyese Pope was amazing and took the time to explain issues with my system along with options. He really knows what he is doing and I am grateful for his involvment.
