My phone was stolen last night and returned without a SIM card. Michelle out of Nashville T-Mobile had it set up for me to come to Corinth T-Mobile and get a free SIM card. Everything went without a hitch. T-Mobile has been great and I have no regrets of switching from AT&t. I am happy to Mobile customer everyone here at the Corinth store very polite and helpful.

Had a great experience, Eric was absolutely amazing and answered all my questions, the folks at TMoble were great.

The employee named MICHALIA is the best employee T-Mobile could ever be blessed with. She took care of my needs as a customer and really she went above and beyond what her job asked of her. I'm an older customer and I asked alot of questions because I was changing to an iPhone. I went back a week later and returned the phone because I DID NOT LIKE the iPhone. I was lucky enough to get her again & I'm sure she said oh no not her again, lol. MICHALIA was absolutely wonderful again when I changed back to Android. MICHALIA is an angel & the best employee T-Mobile could ask for

Would highly recommend! KJ created a very relaxed yet professional atmosphere. She was very informative, made sure all my questions were answered, and did an awesome job explaining their current deals. 10/10 positive experience!

Yesterday I came in, in a panic and KJ eased my mind. She listened to me moan and groan and completely freak out. If you’re looking for a person that cares more about you than your money she’s who you need to see. She could’ve easily sold me a new phone and as much as I was flustered I would have bought it but she offered that as an absolute last resort! If you’re looking for someone that’s going to take care of you KJ is it!

Edit: Just came in a few days ago and the manager is a pain. I had a small issue and just needed assistance with my phone and he tried to sell multiple things to me and didn’t get the hint that I did not want or need his help thanks to Karen for fixing my

Met with KJ this past week to switch my service from AT&T and she went beyond her realm of responsibility. She was patient, kind, and did her due diligence in making sure I had the perfect price on my plans.

We came to T Mobile from Verizon. Ixchel Gonzalez was the one that helped us at the store. She did all the transfers, set up auto pay, and worked with us until the phones were all set up. I had a issue with my phone not connecting with a credit card reader I had to use at work. But Ixchel worked until she figured it out. She has went above and beyond to help us have the best experience. She was great to work with, pleasant through everything she did for us, and always had a smile on her face. I did recommend her to our neighbors, who recommend her to the other neighbors. I would recommend her to anyone looking to change to a Great Company. And we Love the service our phone is getting with T Mobile. Great company.

Our experience upgrading our phones was phenomenal. Excellent customer service from all of the staff, and they made sure to give us the best deals possible. We love T-Mobile!

We had a very pleasant experience with Ixchel Gonzalez. There was some glitches with my phone. We were in and out about 3 different times, for over an hour each time. Ixchel troubleshooted the phone from one end to the other. It was not hooking up to my card reader. She never did show any frustration or anything, she was Very professional. Finally figured out it had something to do with my email. Used the app under my husband's email and it worked fine. To me that was going Way beyond anything she should of had to of done to figure that out. As far I am concerned if you are looking for management, or troubleshooting person, this girl is it. Seems like the phone service has been really good for us too. A Lot better than Verizon!

Great customer service Karen helped me get the new iPhone 14 plus and Home internet. She was very friendly and helpful!

Our sales rep listened to our needs and found the best plan to fit them. Over all an honest representation of the costs and fees that we would have.

Came on today to get my kids new phones for Christmas Dustin and KJ took great care of us! Because of them I'm able to make Christmas happen!
