I found this gem on TikTok...advertised as a new, luxurious cinematic experience in Kentlands. On a rainy Saturday night, I wanted to see The Color Purple and decided to check them out. There was ample parking across the street from the theater. It definitely looks nice and modern from the outside all the way through to the seating inside each theater. Upon walking through the entrance, you see the full bar and kitchen--but you have to order at your seat. I caught the last screening at 9:10 and there were only 6 other people in the theater. I couldn't have picked a better place to see this movie! It was perfect! Felt like a private screening. As I mentioned before, there is a full bar and a pretty decent menu. Like at similar theaters, you press a button at your seat, and wait staff comes to assist and take your oder. I had 2 Mai Tais and the lobster tacos with fries. Honestly, I would go back just for the food and drinks lol. My drinks weren't watered down like at other theaters and the tacos were delicious. There isn't a whole lot to say about the theater space itself, other than the place is clean and the seats are comfy. I'm so happy to see more luxury experiences coming to 'upper' Montgomery County, less drive time to reach the same amenities that are usually found in downtown spaces. I will not hesitate to return to Cinepolis! I've told everyone about it so far, and now this lol. Excellent first impression.

A nice grown and sexy movie theater! I liked the old fashioned cocktail. You can get unlimited popcorn for $10.5 but their specialties are the other food items.

Great experience. This is like the California chain I know. Stay away from from the New York one in Manhattan. The food was great. The popcorn was a little old but the movie experience was great and nice staff. Attached are outside images as I was running late for the show as to why you don't see inside but I will be back and ill add.

Great movie theater. It feels like you are walking into an upscale bar then you realize it’s actually a restaurant that happens to show movies. The food is great. Iv been a few times and plan to try everything on the menu so far my favorite is the lobster Mac and the truffle fries. On average I spend around $50 per person when I go

My daughter wanted to have a "playdate/ girls day" with one of her classmates from school. I decided to take them to a nice movie theaters to see the new release ELMENTAL! This place was amazing. Super clean, high tech and all the staff members were friendly and helpful. Our waiter was a young gentleman who was super helpful (one of the girls accidently hit the blue service button and he was there pronto!) We ordered The pink lemonade, popcorn and mozzarella sticks that were a hit with the girls however the fries were cold and to no fear our waiter brought out another order at NO CHARGE! We caught a late show so we basically had the theaters to ourselves. The girls laid the chairs back (that relined) pretty far and enjoyed the show. I just wish I would've brought a blanket.. next time.

Beautiful Lobby, almost forgot I was at a movie theater. The lobby looked more like a hotel lobby. Love the staff and food service. The food was so delicious, restaurant quality. Overall I really loved my dinner and movie experience. This is my new and favorite movie theater.

One of the best theaters I've been to in a long time. Friendly staff and comfortable seating. Everything was top-notch clean. We got a bit lost, but staff was very kind enough to point us in the right direction to find our movie. Just make sure you check-in or no one will come to serve you.

A very clean and modern environment. I love the fact that you can go sit down at your seat in the theater and someone will come over and take your order. Some might see this as a big deal because it might be distracting depending on the movie. I saw Barbie, so it wasn’t that big of a deal, but it probably would be if it was an action movie. The food was good and most of the food is bottomless. The popcorn was a bit oily, but other than that the food was great. Would love to come back.

First time being here since the renovation. The waiting area is very comfortable. Renovations looks good, the staff are very helpful, food is yummy. The seats are very comfortable. We will definitely be back

We enjoyed the "half price Tuesday" here watching the Secrets of Dumbledore movie. You can go inside 30 minutes before the movie time.

We just visited this new movie teather to see the movie Joker, which was awesome by the way, and it was amazing! I really hope they make it here, since not many businesses do well in Kentlands.

Everything looks great and has a rich, luxurious feel. The recliners are very comfy and the food was super. They have a huge menu. Go visit!

Some of the chairs need work but I'm sure they'll handle that promptly.

If you like dinner and a movie, this is the place for you! The theater is beautiful, stylish and feels luxurious. Unlike a similar competitor, they do not hike up the basic movie ticket price so you can afford to actually enjoy a meal. They have 3 types of popcorn (caramel is my favorite - mix with cheddar!), the food and drink selection is diverse and really good too. The mozz sticks & texas burger are my faves. It makes for a reasonably-priced date night!

My favorite theater in the upper MoCo. It has much better food/drink selection and seats than Rio, but at a similar price. A lot of the screens are relatively small for a theater, but also has fewer seats, so it's a much nicer experience IMO. It is almost as nice as Pike and Rose, but much less expensive. There's also a great selection of walkable restaurants nearby in Kentlands.

Deja’s service is unmatched, I’ve been to this theater several times and finally I found a server that I will ask for every single time I come back!!!!! Also add the cinnamon roll in my pretzels she recommended. Immediately. She’s a genius and her drinks were fantastic every time 👌🏼

Tried this movie theater for the first time and we have officially found our new spot to go to the theater. We saw sound of freedom, although the movie was uncomfortable to watch the seats were not. Will be returning soon. The server was pleasant and the food was delicious and it came out fast.

I’m not sure how the complaints are warranted this is the nicest theater I’ve ever been in and customer service is world class. Yes they serve food during the showing. That’s their business model. Don’t complain about a water park if you hate water. That out of the way... it’s an incredible theater and not crowded at all YET so go now! Pricing is way less than it should be. Food is good, flatbreads were okay but to be fair I’ve never been wowed by theater fare.

I live in the Kentlands and go every week to see a movie (Tuesday $7.00 movies). I'm surprised about the negative reviews. I luckily never had an issue with service and never experienced a moldy smell. There is 1 stall in the ladies bathroom that doesn't lock and have also experienced someone sitting next to me that snored the whole movie (Mission Impossible) which was so annoying but not the fault of the theater....

Didn't realize this movie theater was this grand. I didn't expect such a great experience for $13. You pay $25 at pike & rose for the similar experience. The theater smelled great as we entered. This will be my family's go to play to watch any movie.

Also don't miss the half price Tuesday. It's just $6

Best dine-in theater in the area. Food is great, truffle fries, suprema tots, churro donut. Drinks, Pink Paloma highly recommended.
