Pretty good store. Very clean and organized. They get so much in there. It's not overwhelming. The workers are nice, but some can be indifferent or ignore you completely. I like that, but as a customer, you're not there to be adored. The store has much more variety than most. I've bought a few appliances from them. I had a bad experience from their installer for my water heater, but that was years ago. The sale was easy and effortless.

The staff member who assisted us today was very knowledgeable about the return process. She quickly processed our returns, told us how much was going back on the card and provided a receipt. In and out in less than 5 minutes!

My boyfriend and I went there. I got some tomatoes, red pepper, green pepper, strawberry, and Dipladenia plants. My boyfriend got 15 bags of mulches. It was a fun day. We had lunch at chipotle. We both ate sofrito vegetarian it was delicious 😋

It's one of my second homes! We fix and replace a lot, so we come here often. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and pleasant. It has a nice selection of plants. I've bought online for pick up, and it worked perfectly.

Hi, I want to compliment Nick, who works at the pick-up area, and the entire team there for their quick and efficient assistance with my pick-up and subsequent return of some items earlier this month. I had a very complicated order, and Nick was instrumental in identifying and registering the right items to return. He noticed that the lady at the customer service desk was overwhelmed with processing my return and quickly stepped in. He was friendly and competent. At the same time, he took that time to train younger associates and explain to them what happened, how my return could have been handled differently, and what he was doing to resolve the situation. Nick is a multi-tasker, good in math (helpful when dealing with money), and has excellent people and management skills. He has acted as an older brother to his younger associates, joking with them and training them at the same time. When I've returned in a couple of days to pick up another item, Nick recognized me right away and pulled my items without asking for my name. He made shopping at my local Lowe's so much easier and fun. It's employees like Nick that make all the difference!

Great experience. We had good timing with no crowds on a Sunday morning at the Kentlands store. Robert in Appliances was outstanding and patiently worked with us to find a Refrigerator that met our limited size needs.

Lots of helpful staff on a Saturday. I had to return a large purchase and had quick and friendly help getting it out of the car. The return was painless and we found lots of helpful staff around the store. Home Depot is closer to me, but I'll always come here first.

The staff is very nice & helpful. I asked Ken where the stair nosing was. He pointed me in the right direction, and he also came to check if I found it. Also, he answered all of the questions that I had. This is best customer service. I will definitely be coming here more often. Ken went above and beyond to provide great customer service 👍😊

There are variety of items like toys, dolls, soccer and basket balls and so on ant the most important are affordable because their prices it's a steal.

Wonderful customer service! Huge huge thank you to Sunnie and Bryan who helped me retrieve an out-of-season item that was stored away at the top of an aisle.

Drastically improved customer service. I was not happy for years but to my surprise all employees were extremely helpful and friendly. There must have been some changes in store mgmt but definitely nice to see!

A couple of weeks ago, I went to the Lowe's in Gaithersburg, MD, about 6:30 a.m. to buy bagged mulch that was on sale. As I was looking for this mulch, Dave, a Garden Center employee, walked up and asked if I needed assistance. I did--I needed to find the mulch that was on sale. Not only did Dave show me where it was, he also asked how many bags I wanted (10) and proceeded to load them onto the flatbed cart! I thanked him and started to go back inside to the check-out. (In the early morning hours, the Garden Center gate is locked and there is no cashier). Dave stopped me and took the cart to a self-checkout register, helped me there, and then took it outside and waited while I got my truck. Dave even loaded the mulch for me!!!

A big shout out to Dave in the Garden Center for his outstanding customer service!! Thanks again!

My mother generously gifted me a new grill by ordering it online for me to pick up. I subsequently placed a second order, hoping to pick them both up at the same time. Not only were both of my orders filled very quickly, but when we arrived for curbside pick up, they wasted no time bringing them out. It's also worth mentioning that upon bringing out my second order, the associate apologized and said that the grill that had been brought to the front for me was scratched, and they wanted to go find me one that wasn't damaged. Of course this made it take a bit longer (not much, though), but I really appreciated that they wanted to make sure that they didn't send me home with something that was already banged up. I look forward to shopping with them in the future!

Also, the grill is awesome so far! Very happy with it!

It was a good experience, we found what we were looking for, a nice tile floor and the person in floor and wall wash very helpfull

We were looking for a new Christmas tree, and Lowes made it easy to see what makes each tree special. The staff are all friendly and we ended up buying the perfect Christmas tree for our living room. Not to mention it was on sale!

I was looking for a couple items and easily found someone to help. Last time I went to Home Depot, I asked for help 3 times and no one helped me, even though someone was working in the aisle I needed help in. I will stick with Lowe's from now on.

Very helpful tonight. He was helping another customer, finished quickly and came to show me exactly what I needed.

Very organized place. I think we can find most of what you need in this store.

Hi there - I brought my sweet Foster dog to Lowe's today and want to thank all your wonderful stuff for treating her with the utmost kindness. She has had a very difficult upbringing and I am so grateful for all the TLC she was given. : )
