Streets of St. Charles Dental

First time at the office, I was very impressed. I have been going to another dentist since 2004 and well I guess the other place was not up to date. They not only did they measure my gums on the outside but in the INSIDE!! That was a first!! They took more X-rays and always checked my insurance to see what would be covered. Top notch all the way!!

Had a root canal and crown taken care of along with some other work. Due to genetics, I metabolize pain killers quickly. Going to the dentist has always been rough and I usually have to fight through the pain. But the team here is phenomenal! Dr. Mertz and Kendall are a great team - they managed to get the job done and were constantly checking to make sure I was doing alright, even though it took multiple injections to numb me up. When I tried to tough through the pain, the doc told me straight up that was not necessary and not going to happen. I love they really look out for their patients. Good people who sincerely care. Shauna, the hygenist responsible for getting my choppers all shiny has an excellent sense of humor and Shauna is so personable. Loved the conversation and just how homely Streets of St. Charles is! Megan the manager and everyone at the desk is professional, kind and polite. They truly delight in the service and hospitality that comes with reception. Coming in is like coming home! From a bachelor, that means something! The people here really enjoy being personable and delight in seeing smiles as much as sharing smiles! One heck of a good firm!

Megan was the front desk receptionist and I was very nervous being honest about the last time that I went to the dentist which was a very very long time ago. She reassured me and just made me feel really comfortable and I felt no judgment. She also took the extra time to talk to me about payment options, and really just took the time to speak to me so I was less nervous. Shauna cleaned my teeth and did my x-rays and she is wonderful! So sweet and so funny made me feel right at home. Talk me through the whole procedure. Therefore I felt like I wasn’t nervous to ask a lot of questions. I’ve never felt this comfortable at a dentist office. I’m actually excited to go in next time and get my teeth cleaned! The prices are incredibly reasonable, and they were very upfront with me with everything! Overall, I feel like this is probably one of the best dentist office in the St. Louis area.

Very friendly, thorough, and helpful. I was looking for a good dentist since moving out to St. Charles, and they took all my concerns and helped me get them fixed. I recommend this spot.

Had a deep cleaning yesterday and i can't seem to remember her name, she was blonde and super nice. She was very professional and kept me engaged the whole time. I have not been to the dentist in years and she made it super comfortable.

I loved they were on time to start my appointment! Friendly and a true calm atmosphere.

I love Dr. Giacomini!! Her bedside manner is awesome & she spends time explaining things to me which I greatly appreciate.

Dr. Mertz has done an excellent job fixing multiple issues. Thanks to Her professional work my teeth are in the best shape they've been in years.

My visit was good. Shawna was very nice, sense of humor and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable and in good hands with her. The entire staff who I interacted with was polite. Definitely recommend this location.

My first visit was yesterday, 4/5/23. My experience was very pleasant. The atmosphere was professional and inviting. The staff was warm, friendly and personable (especially Izzie). Both he and the doctor were detailed and thorough, answering all of my questions and being completely honest. They keep me engaged throughout the process and included me in the treatment plan. The location is in one of me and my husbands favorite spots to hang out. I had never noticed before until member of my church recommended it and I simple love it!

They got me in the next day to cement my bridge back in the dentist was awesome and did an amazing job 👏👏

I love Streets of Saint Charles. First, the office is so clean with positive staff to greet you. . They give you a lot of tender loving care. The staff are very respectful and friendly. The dentistry team is awesome. They make sure you are comfortable and relaxed as well. The team make sure you have the best treatment plan that work for you. You will walk out feeling your best with a smile on your face.
Alexis is awesome and takes her time with cleaning teeth. Gentle Hands with positive attitude and a smile on her face.

I did not expect to be writing this review mostly because I suffer from a massive fear (phobia) of dentist, I had jaw replacement surgery in my early 20's(side note aspen dental is Satan's workshop) anyway I had informed them when making my appointment of my phobia along with several other concerns over the phone you just don't know the truth.
First thing I noticed was the energy of the office, clean interior design is simple but homey feel. I was 1/2 hour early so I could adjust my nerves and control my over active sweating, there was no sweating, now I wait I was called back and went into the fear visibly nervous. I quickly realized they had no judgment and were prepared to help me through this, I have never felt anything like this team of epic women, there's more that they helped me through with absolutely no judgment (personal) so not ya'll business.
I am old school retired bad boy and look the part unfortunately ,they treated me with respect and genuine compassion and made feel safe and understood. If I could I would shut down every other dental office so Dr Mertz, Melissa, and the (so sorry) the lady who explained absolutely everything that I didn't know, I can't believe I'm coming up blank I promise to get that amazing women recognized by name next review (😬).

In conclusion best dental office I have ever seen, aspen dental if you are going there you are missing out on the most beautiful honest compassionate knowledgeable women I've ever been around in any business, obviously I am pleased and think every person could learn from these ladies.

I had to visit this office for an emergency while visiting from out of town. The staff went out of their way to accommodate a last minute appointment and helped me get set up with specialist in town the same day. They were so helpful and friendly. The office was clean and organized. I would visit this office regularly if I was a local resident
