We have used Town & Country Movers several times now and have always been very happy with them. This latest move involved packing and moving the entire contents of my mother’s condo into a storage unit. We selected T&C because of their excellent reputation. Maurizio and his team did not disappoint; in fact, they exceeded our expectations. They were prompt, courteous, and very careful and went ABOVE AND BEYOND when we showed up to Public Storage, and there were no dollies available. Consequently, they had to move all the stuff up to the fourth floor without the large dollies that you usually find at storage units. It was quite a job and they handled the situation perfectly. We are so grateful and glad that we chose them, and we will definitely call them again when we plan our own move.

Amazing, just simply amazing. The 3 wonderful movers move everything with nothing damaged and u even have a piano! They were so easy to work with. Polite, timely, efficient and they took down my bed frame and out it back up, curtains too!! Highly highly recommend. Oh and I lived into a 12th floor condo with a piano, they made it look easy. Even though we all know there is usually nothing easy about moving. Well town and country is worry free. 😍

I had the pleasure of hiring 'Town and Country Movers to move my town house, a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apt. I had lived there for 35 years, so you can just imagine how much "stuff" I had accumulated.
The packers (and unpackers) led by the incredible Bonnie Leyh with Kelsey, Stephanie, and Deb were the most professional, kind, careful, and efficient group of folks ever! (I have moved 7 times in the past!!). In any case, Bonnie went above and beyond with her kindness and even helped me with my two cats (the last to go from my house). I just can't say enough about Bonnie and her team.
The movers, led by Edwin Cruz, were equally fabulous. So careful, so professional, and so very kind. In all I have nothing but high praise for Town and Country Movers - and I'm telling everyone I know about you folks. You are truly the best!

Three efficient, kind, and professional movers worked to move us from a two bedroom apartment in DC into our new house in Bethesda. They were SO fast, moved everything with extreme caution and care not to damage anything. They even took our empty moving boxes for us at the end, saving us a trip to the recycling center. Admin staff was very quick to respond and schedule with. Can't recommend them enough!

I highly recommend working with Town & Country Movers. I engaged them to move me out of my house while I completed a major renovation at the beginning of 2023 and I re-engaged them to move me back into my house at the end of 2023. I had an excellent and highly professional experience both times. Yvette Portocarrero was lead for Town & Country in estimating, scheduling, and determining how to best execute my move. Yvette is a great communicator, explained exactly how everything worked, gave me a very clear estimate that the company adhered to, and always followed up to ensure that things went as planned. My move itself both times was led by Javier Maciel who is a total pro. He led a great crew that was trustworthy, timely, and went the extra mile to make sure all my belongings were well taken care of. He and the crew also took the time to make sure furniture and rugs were positioned where I liked them and were happy to adjust if not. They took special care to be sure the walls, stairs, and doors were not marked while moving in furniture and boxes. I also utilized Town & Country's move management services which were very helpful. The move management team, led by Laura, led the unpacking effort and in 9 hours had my house almost completely clear of boxes and packing paper. I was able to get set up so much more quickly due to their efforts. Everyone on the team was professional, polite, timely, and a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend this group highly enough.

Town & Country did an excellent job on our recent move. We moved from Virginia to Pennsylvania, putting our belongings in storage for 6 months in between. The pricing was better than other quotes I had received, and the service was great. Both teams of movers were careful with our home and belongings. The delivery team was so thoughtful, they even took time to assist us with putting our pads on the bottoms of our furniture because they did not want us to scratch up our new floors.

We had three of your movers pack and load a truck with our belongings today. They were fantastic! Jesus Lopez was the lead mover, and Carlos Pineda and Diego Moriera worked diligently with him.

They started with a detailed walk through to double check items to be moved. They are conscientious, hard working, professional, and polite. They treated each item with care, shrink wrapping and boxing carefully. They loaded the truck efficiently and safely. We will definitely use Town and Country again, and we’re telling our friends. When my husband and I began planning our move from Maryland to Oregon, it seemed like such a daunting task. Town and Country Movers was recommended to us by both neighbors and our realtor. Right from the start, Town and Country put our minds at ease. Every step of the way, they were professional and responsive.
The weeks leading up to our move across the country from the home we lived in for over 40 years were insanely stressful and exhausting. But moving day could not have gone more smoothly. The movers were punctual, respectful, and incredibly hard working--and all really friendly.
We were so impressed by the careful handling and loading of our furniture-- on both ends of the move. But also by the patience and kindness that was shown to us.
Town and Country exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a move!

Great movers. They were efficient but thorough and careful. Nothing got damaged moving from one house into their storage warehouse (where things sat for a month while we were renovating), and then moving into the new house. They didn't damage the walls in either place, even with a lot of stairs and heavy items and narrow hallways. They moved us out of DC and into Old Town Alexandria, both crowded places, but it was smooth. The client services team is really nice and responsive too. Only slight complaint is they were eager to wrap up by the end, so I had to scramble to make sure they'd collected everything when we were moving out, and to make sure everything was in the right room when we moved in, before they left. Overall excellent work. Their employees have worked there a long time too, I was told, which helps, salaried not temps. I think T&C is probably more expensive than others, but worth it.

Second move with Town and Country. Best and most professional movers in our experience. Edwin and his entire crew were fabulous and took meticulous care with every piece of furniture. They did not complain one bit when my wife rearranged the rugs 12 times!

We had a fantastic experience using Town & Country movers when we moved cross country. The team that packed the house was incredibly careful (no scratches or dings on any of the walls!)j and efficient, wrapping all of our furniture and loading it without a hitch. The crew that unloaded it (Christian and Luis) were also 5 star-- nothing broke, they put together all furniture, and worked hard until the job was done. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Town and Country is an excellent moving company for a long distance move from Washington, DC to Hilton Head, SC. The entire process of receiving a quote, scheduling pick up and delivery, and payment was easy and hassle free. Under the supervision of Juan, the 4-member crew wrapped up the furniture and took extra care in loading the truck. I found them to be personable and professional. My delivery to the final destination was even a few days earlier than expected. A special thanks to Juan and Franklin for doing a terrific job of unloading the truck even during late morning rain. I commend them for making sure that my furniture and boxes were put in my apartment in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who moves long distance.

Every time I see one of their trucks driving around, I remember I need to leave a review. So here it is: Have used Town & Country Movers twice for in-town moves around the DC metro area. They are amazing -- punctual, fast, hard-working, take good care of your belongings, friendly, professional, AND a good value. 100% would recommend.

My husband and I moved from a townhouse on Capitol Hill to Alexandria, Virginia, and had T&C pack and move us. The packing crew, Nelson and two lovely young women, were super efficient and pleasant. The following day, Fernando and his crew loaded the truck and moved us. They were also super efficient and helpful. Everything is unpacked, and nothing was broken. We could see that the packers really knew their job. For the move in, the team put everything where we asked them to. In the end, the cost was less than the estimate. I highly recommend using this company.

Missy was fabulous as was her entire team. I had a hard time finding someone who would give us a reasonable price for a partial load of our things from DC to Asheville, NC. Missy did! Everything arrived on time and unbroken. So easy to work with.

The driver and also person in charge, Manuel Kenworth was well mannered, understanding of the customers needs and so professional in handling the move, mr.
