GENE'S ROCKVILLE FLORIST

We found this florist doing a search from out of state. We used same day delivery and it was delivered promptly and the delivery person was so caring and polite. My mother loved her flowers and they looked almost identical to the picture online. If I need a florist in the future, I will be using Gene’s for sure!

I live out of state and coordinating a surprise gets tricky; the customer service was phenomenal! My sister loved the colors and freshness of the arrangement!

i've used gene's for several occasions and they do an amazing job every time. most recently i had to place a last minute order for mother's day and even with the late notice on such a busy holiday, everything was flawless from the flowers to the delivery. would always recommend!

Gene's is truly the best florist in the Rockville area. They always go above and beyond to please. One of my dearest ones was sick in the hospital for a few hours. Gene's was able to make this beautiful bouquet and deliver it in less than 24 hours when she was back home. She was very pleased, and my heart was warmed.

They have a great selection of unique arrangements, and make an effort to constantly bring in new bouquet options. Prices can be a little higher, but the quality is definitely worth it. The hand delivery option is incredibly convenient as well.

Customer service was great! Called shop to check the status of my same day delivery to my wife's office. Within about 15min the driver called me back with an exact delivery time. And most importantly, the arrangement was BEAUTIFUL. My wife said every person in the office commented on them. I will be a lifelong customer

I am very please with Gene's Rockville florist. I spoke with them for my wedding and I can not tell you how they exceeded my expectations. They decorated both the church and wedding reception and it was beautiful. What made it even more special was when I recieved my wedding bouquet I can not tell you enough how beautiful it was, all the ladies at the reception gushed over it. Will look for a picture to post. I also received an arrangement when I had my first child that came from the them, it was beautiful. The flower selection is great and they look fresh, alive and beautifully put together. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Will post pictures soon.

The florist's service is timely because I asked for the flowers to be delivered after 5:00 pm and they arrived on time, it was a pleasant and satisfying experience for me because I had completely forgotten my anniversary and I ordered the flowers the same day

The picture on the website did not do justice to just how full and lovely this bouquet is! Sent to my girlfriend's daughter who is recovering from major knee surgery. She absolutely loved receiving this bouquet! The pictures she sent of these flowers were amazing. Much prettier and fuller than shown and at the price with delivery were a bargain to make my girlfriend's daughter's day. Very well done and will happily use Gene's Rockville Florist again.

There are not enough words to express the wonderful experience I had working with genes rockville florist, after my order from another florist was cancelled without notice I was left with a last minute floral need. I called genes late one night and they came to the rescue and fulfilled my order.

I have been using Gene's for the past 2 years. This company puts the arrangements together really well, delivers on time and provide great product and customer service. This is the 2nd time I ordered bouquets from Gene's. In my experience, both times, they provided extremely good service. The 2nd time I requested them to deliver the bouquet before noon and they personally hand delivered the flowers with a personal note before noon. So, I highly recommend Gene's for their great service.
