Dr. Robin and the entire staff are incredibly kind and compassionate. They always greet us with a smile and take excellent care of our little fur-ball. We’re pleasantly surprised that he doesn’t mind going for a check-up and doesn’t get anxious. We highly recommend them.

Every time we go to Germantown Vet for routine or emergency care, we have an outstanding experience. My dog of course doesn’t enjoy going to the vet, but the techs and doctors are all so good to her that she leaves feeling loved and happier. The staff is really understanding of Pet Parent anxiety, and go above and beyond to make every visit a pleasant experience.

Having owned animals for over 45 years, I can tell you this is the best care we have ever received for our animals. Dr. Alan Humphries goes above and beyond for his patients and is so kind and compassionate, every single visit. He takes the time you need to deal with your beloved pets and always has the calmest approach no matter the issue. We are so fortunate to have such wonderful practitioners caring for our best friends.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for a few years now and I’ve truly never had a bad experience. The entire staff is a joy and I always feel like my cat is being well taken care of. My cat, Milo, is very anxious at the vet and the staff is respectful of that throughout his entire appointment.

We just moved to MD from VA and needed to ‘fix’ our little dog. Making an appointment was quick and easy and the staff is WONDERFUL!! My dogs issue was taken care of promptly and with the utmost care! Thank you for your warmth and we appreciate all of you! Highly recommended!

Our dog was treated very well, everyone was gentle and caring, it was our first visit and our dog was visibly nervous. Dr Romero had an excellent bed side manor, she took the time to explain everything in plain terms, and came up with a simple plan of action. We'll be coming here for the foreseeable future.

While I only had one visit to this vet clinic, the care and environment exceeded my expectations. I had to bring in our very ill cat, and we ended up having to put her down, but throughout the process Dr Titus and the vet tech, Yona, were thorough and so kind in all of their explanations and care. I highly recommend! If we get another pet, I won’t hesitate to make this our vet home.

We’ve been looking for an exotic vet closer to us, and found Germantown Vet Clinic! Dr. Tidd and the nurse (I wish I remembered her name) were absolutely great. They let us ask questions and took great care of Hammie (my guinea pig). They were gentle and patient with him, and even helped clean him up when he had an accident in his carrier! Definitely 10/10 service 🙂

We have been taking our 2 cats here past 5 years or so. This place is good but some things can improve. It's more administrative than the actual vet. We had our cats full mouth extraction recently there were some bumps while she was in recovery but the vet called to offer their expertise multiple times in anything we needed. Not only it's more than a nice gesture but also it shows they care. Definitely recommend!!!

Absolutely LOVE the GVC Team -- Dr. Romero is just lovely and the entire team made my and Georgie's (my dog) first visit a wonderful experience - I think I was more nervous than he was! :)

Their Receptionists and Veterinary Assistant/Technician's have amazing manners and truly took the time to answer all my questions in a timely manner, both via regular e-mail and telephone.

I can't say enough good things about this place. EVERY single time we come in for the past several years, we've had an amazing, professional, caring experience with my super senior kitty. We started coming here for annual checkups a few years back, and during this time I've gotten to know the staff very well. As my kitty's health is starting to slowly decline, and we are coming in more often, it's been extremely comforting to come to a place where we feel well taken care of and really look forward to seeing all staff members. I can't imagine going anywhere else for the quality of care we've received throughout the years. Absolute superior professionalism, caring, polite, always a pleasure to see them. We are always in good hands, I would highly recommend this place.

I've been an animal lover my entire life. My Mum used to tell me that I've loved animals since before I knew why. I'm 62 now and I've worked with more veterinarians than I can remember. Dr. Gryskiewicz (Dr. Robin) is by far, the best of them all. She is truly kind and compassionate and she takes great care of Brutus. He's an eleven and a half year old Rottweiler which is roughly the equivalent of a ninety year old human. He's outlived his entire litter of seven pups by over two years! That is a direct result of the care that he has received from Dr. Robin and the rest of the family at GTV. They've kept my best friend going, well beyond his expected lifetime. I love them all for it.

Fantastic and friendly customer service with front desk team. The vet and assistant were personable, on time, knowledgeable and not rushed which was great because I'm a first time pet owner so I knew nothing but they made it easy to understand and provided me with great tools and feedback. I am happy that my daughter recommended Germantown Vet for my dear Teddy. They really take care of him. Teddy has an emergency and they referred me to the best orthopedic. I miss you guys I hope Teddy can have new vet in our new State. They are the best.

I’ve had dogs my whole life. By far, Germantown Vet is superior in all aspects!! I love Dr Eastep and whole staff. They listen, are prompt at returning calls and never overtest. They are the best!!

First of all I wanted to say how much I appreciate all the front staff at the Veterinary Clinic. Naming individually Lisa, Shannon, Jen, Brandy and Kim. I will also include all the techs. Very caring and gentle with Bella. Of course I must include Dr. Estep. She is the best. She is kind and caring. Dr. Estep has been seeing Bella for many years now and now we are at the Vet more frequently as Bella needs more care. I love GVC!! They are so good with my dog and the staff take time to answer all my questions. My dog participates in the dog aging project and GVC was so nice about doing the extra work to make sure my dog may participate in this scientific research project. They went above and beyond. My dog and I are very happy here!

I loved the experience! My dog is usually very nervous to go to the vet. This time around he was very calm and I was impressed. The staff and the doctors are very professional and they actually listen to all of your questions or concerns. Will definitely continue to bring my dogs
