I am pleased with the service I received at ETS. My truck needed a new engine and after about two weeks of shopping around for quotes ($11k to $19k) I made the decision to go with Jerry’s quote. Their techs had the new engine delivered and made the swap in a couple of days. I’m about 3/4 of the way through the break-in period and I’ve had no issues. They worked to get the best price for the engine, beat the next best quote, and with a battery replacement added in they still charged less than they priced out in writing.

I recently purchased a used 4Runner and I wanted all fluids checked and changed to bring rig up to date. Inspection was thoroughly done and only the services that were needed were performed. Jerry and Natalie were friendly and personable. And as a household of one car, the complimentary shuttle service completed my great experience.

I have been in on several occasions to get my BMW serviced and it is always a pleasure to work with them. Lane helps me every time I come in and they are always very efficient. I definitely recommend anyone to come by and see lane and his team. They are the most reliable and reputable business I take my vehicle for service.

I have been going to this place for 4 years now and have always had excellent service from here. They have always given me fair and honest pricing as well as being able to get me in last minute at times. My most recent experience I had scheduled to have 4 new tires put on my car and Natalie M, was able to get me in that day as they had my tires in stock. She was very quick in responding to any questions I had. It only took them 1 hour to replace my tires. Highly satisfied with the customer service and quality work done here!

Went in for emissions testing. Told it would be 2 hours. I had to have it done, so I waited. Time in and out was less than an hour. Very efficient.

Ellisville Tire and Services is, without question, the VERY BEST car, tire and service company I have ever had the joy to work with. If you decide to use them, and I hope you do, in your very first contact you will be treated like family. My first contact was with Jerry and within three minutes we were laughing together as if we had know each other for years. The next day they replaced all of my tires at a fair price. I needed other questions and service within a week and called and spoke with Natalie and she was wonderful, helpful, professional and gracious to me wen I asked stupid questions.

This review is my second review or Ellisville Tire and Service. Once again I had a wonderful experience. I write the following as an addition to my first review:Ellisville Tire & Service IS the ONLY place I will take my three cars for service of ANY kind. It is a rare experiences in these times where you actually feel appreciated when you walk through the door and the folks at Ellisville Tire and Service greet every customer as if they are family. Don't believe me? Go by and introduce yourself to Jerry, the General Manager and you will immediate know what I mean. If Jerry is not available introduce yourself to Natalie Marshall or Lane Page. Truly, these folks are experts at what they do. They have more knowledge and understanding than any dealer I have ever been to. Ask them about the overall scope of their service and you will leave knowing you can TRUST them, their products and their service. I have not met the mechanics in the garage area but I can tell you with certainty if they work at Ellisville Tire they, too, are as professional and special as Jerry, Natalie and Lane. You owe it to yourself to give this wonderful establishment a try when you need work of almost any kind for your car.... Congrats, you guys, you do amazing work

Referred here from another tire shop. The staff was professional and detailed. They diagnosed the problem and explained everything perfectly. A bit far from midtown but well worth the drive and time.

Last week I got in my car to run some errands only to discover my brakes were scrubbing fiercely. They gone. I was referred to Ellisville Tire and Service by Discount Tire. I took my car and had to wait. I needed brakes and rotors. The staff was friendly, and thorough, and got me out in less than 2 hours. I will use them for all my auto repairs....

It is worth the 30 minute drive!!!

Brought in my van for a brake check since I had no brake work done for several years and many miles. I expected the usual from repair shops, pads, rotors, calipers, flush plus serpentine belt etc. Instead, I received a pleasant call from Jerry telling me pads were fine, rotors decent so no need for brakes at this time. When's the last time anyone's had that honest of an experience?

The lady I talked to on the phone was incredibly helpful in getting me tires to fit with good performance. They got me in and out in less than 4 hours and even put my wheel spacers on for free since they had the wheels off. i will definitely be going back here in the future

This Firestone is my "Go To" for professional service! From the moment you arrive you are treated with respect and dignity. I own two older vehicles and the manager there has never made me feel less than the most important customer he has. He works with me to make sure I have a safe vehicle to drive. I am disabled with a limited income and they make it affordable. The work is great too. The technicians do great work real fast. I have never been without my vehicles for more than a few hours. This place is the best! Highly recommend them for your business.

These folks are the best! I walked in to their shop this morning and left with a new set of Continental tires at a great price, with great service, in under an hour. Fantastic service! They really take care of you. Couldn't be happier!

Would most definitely recommend! Very fair and reasonably priced! Had minor work done to my car and had to bring it back a second time to be looked at and they didn't even charge me a dime. Told me what was wrong and referred me because they weren't able to accommodate what needed to be done! Highly recommend!

This facility offers a "Road Force Balancer." Most shops do Not. And yes, you want this as gives a much smoother ride at interstate speeds. Reduces or eliminates vibration and steering wheel shake. I was having a problem getting a good wheel balance at a national name shop before a long trip, and Ellisville squeezed me in did the job perfectly. One minor thing negative... my oil change sticker was removed from my windshield. I did not get my oil changed there anew, so I'm assuming a little sales angle to bring me back in perhaps.

Took them my SRT8 charger they got me in for an alignment immediately did an amazing job super honest and fair prices

Awesome experience. Staff is super helpful. I worked with Lane and one other mechanic who explained everything in detail and helped me understand what exactly was going on with my car. They fit me in their schedule and we’re able to get me on the road before a cross country trip.

Jerry was a phenomenal salesman. Got me what I need at a great price! Got in same day, and taken care of very quickly! Highly recommend going to Ellisville Tire and Service! (Formally Firestone)
