Federal Plaza

This is a nice clean shopping center with a good mix of popular stores.

While it does have lots of parking you may have to drive a bit to find a spot.

So far, I mostly do TRADER JOE'S here. For me, good pricing on eggs, greens, apples, yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, caffeine free green tea, shelf stable nut/grain milks,...

Dollar store here is best other than TJ max store very great buys in both and now a beautician boutique upstairs

I shop at Ross and TJX also my Favorite Pizza place is here in the same Plaza .there are plenty of shops in this plaza.

good supermarket, could buy various Asian food, cooked foods and fruits

Federal Plaza great use of space. There are so many stores at this location. Upon arrival, it appears there were three stores. After entering, countless shops are on the other side of the mall. Shops in the f first, second and third floors. Oh there is a Giant food market and the dollar tree (1.25) now.

I just wish the parking spaces weren't so tight. Other than that, it's one of my favorite shopping strips in Rockville, MD.

Microcenter in Rockville is literally my favorite store of all time. Staggeringly large selection of products for a brick-and-mortar store, staff that really understands the products and technology, and an array of items in each category at each price point that indicate a true knowledge of the products and features. What I mean by that last statement is that, for example, if you are looking for headphones, you will find dozens of the best options at the economy, best value, and high end price points irrespective of marketing and popularity. The folks who decide what to stock in this store are obviously technologists themselves. I love it. It's a real gem in an era dominated by marketing hype (see Best Buy products) and online shopping.

I ate lunch at the Silver Diner. The restaurant provides outdoor seating beneath an open tent, which is a wonderful idea. They've hung several potted plants in the tent, too, which looks nice. The menu is the same, still great! (I love the summertime cod entree.) Access to the restaurant's restroom is easy, through a side door in the building.

Panera bread was awesome. I had a wonderful bowl of soup. It is new has vegetables, etc. I enjoyed my soup, fantastic dark coffee with meal. The staff was very friendly with fantastic service. Relaxed and got work done.

It is one stop computer related shopping center.You can get items from USB flashes up to latest computers. No need to worry about parking. The sales associate will help you with big smile.

Very fortunate to be able to have access to a microcenter store so close. Many throughout the country don't have one at all or it takes them multiple hours to access one. This store has everything, always stocked, clean and very curtious friendly employees willing to be very helpful.

Very attentive and knowledgeable staff with a very wide selection of all kinds of electronics. Excellent place and so needed now that most electronics stores have gone out of business.

Good affordable food. Love it!

We come for Silver Diner and for Micro Center, which covers the range from computer parts to computer systems and TVs. I like the pot pie at Silver Diner.

Federal Plaza is extremely convenient for me as the shopping mall is directly across the street from my townhouse office building. Stores in the mall are a perfect fit for my weekly shopping needs, in particular Trader Joe's and MicroCenter. Additionally for me, during the Christmas Holiday season the toy/hobby and musical instrument stores are perfect for my personal shopping needs for myself and for gifts . Other tenants in the complex are noteworthy including Ross (dress for less) and the Silver Dollar Diner. From a management perspective, I think Federal Realty does an outstanding job with respect to maintenance and (even more importantly) tenant selection.

Great little shopping center. Has Trader Joe's, micro center (a great technology store with educated staff), crumbl cookies, and restaurants like Silver diner. You can park and walk to all the locations although parking can feel limited.
