Great museum!! Learn all about the history of dairy farming in Montgomery County! Lots of interactive exhibits and friendly, knowledgeable volunteers.

Love this place! Open May thru October weekends only. Learn about Montgomery County before when pastures were everywhere.

I went on a field trip on Wednesday October 18th 2023

A great educational venue that covers the history of dairy farming in the county. I thought it was very interesting and my grandsons enjoyed the activities.

Great for a short visit between games/matches. Knowledgeable staff of volunteers, interactive exhibits and a craft room for the kids.

Tiny but good place to get basic info about dairy farms and nice staffs.
Recommend to extend the visit to the Maryland ice cream trail and a farm.

We went there for a school filed trip I learned a lot about past farms in our area. My child loved the trip but he wanted to see real cows lol.

Wonderful field trip with 1st graders! Amazing volunteer staff. We all learned so much!

It was a total, but wonderful, surprise to find this place tucked away in the Germantown soccerplex

Cool little piece of history

Great effort in preserving history of Montgomery's dairy farms. Better for kids who are 7 years and older if you really want then to take something away from the place in terms of learning. Lots of models of cows, bull, train tracks, equipment such as for butter churning, etc. They have a playroom for toddlers and a craft room for older children.
