Well stocked, lots of variety and the staff are really helpful, especially at the pharmacy.
Went there 9pm on a Saturday and it was busy with ppl picking up prescriptions and shopping.
Def recommend it!

My CVS is by far the best in its customer services and inventory. The store manager Axel is exceptionally helpful always with a greeting smile no matter how busy the store is and the pharmacist Girish takes very good care of all my prescriptions, so my meds can be obtained with minimal hindrance. Due to confusion, I was incorrectly charged $300 for a vaccine at the Pharmacy. Axel Garay (Manager) worked tirelessly with me to resolve this issue with my insurance. When they said they will not cover it, Axel refunded me a fair amount back to my card. He is very responsive, very attentive and an overall great person. He is the best store manager I have ever encountered. He has single handedly made me a lifelong customer at CVS Pharmacy. I was never a huge fan of the way CVS operates but after working with Axel, I will never use another pharmacy or store for the items available at CVS, especially his specific store.

Customer service here is consistently superb. It's like stepping back in time where making the customer feel valued was the norm, rather than seeing a bunch of workers more interested in their cell phones than doing their jobs.
I usually am here for the pharmacy, which stays busy for a reason - the people. They remember you, communicate if it will take longer, and even if it is a packed crowd, people would rather wait than go someplace else because the service and staff here are top notch.

Great pharmacy! Filled my script quickly and after my regular pharmacy had closed. I would have run out of my medication without this. Medication that cannot be stopped abruptly. Thanks!!!

Soli was incredibly helpful!!! As soon as I got, she greeted me very politely and asked about my day, I felt so happy as I’ve visited this CVS very often but never have felt so welcome. She then informed me that one of my items had a buy 1 get 1 50% off deal and went out of her way to retrieve a second one for me. I was so shocked!! Amazing customer service, would give 10000 stars if I could !!

This CVS is well run and the employees are extremely helpful. They go out of their way to say hello and ask if you need anything. They always call for extra assistance when the line gets too long. Cheryl in the beauty department is incredibly considerate and always greets people with a beautiful smile!

Very pleasant experience picking up a prescription today. Friendly employees and a quick turnaround time.

Great store, incredibly professional staff. They were real lifesavers when I needed a prescription filled on Christmas Eve around midnight. Their professionalism and good cheer on a night when almost everyone would have preferred to be at home with family was really uplifting and a mood-elevator.

Hats off to my man John who totally looked out for me tonight! I wasn’t really paying much attention to the total and he indicated that one of my scripts was almost $200 for a 3 month supply. That shouldn’t have been and the pharmacist was able to run it through correctly, and I only needed to pay $30 some for it! Had he not said anything, I would’ve signed for it and then looked at the receipt later and would’ve had to go back and hassle with getting it refunded. I appreciate John and that he went the extra mile to look out for me! Thank you

I travel much and this is a clean, organized, friendly and efficient but busy 24hr CVS. The lines move fast and questions posed are answered readily. I highly recommend this CVS.

Abdul saved me and my Mom tonight. The doctor had written the wrong prescription for my mom and it needed saline to be able to administer which I could not find. This CVS was open 24 hours so I called them as had to administer at 11pm and only realized at that point. I didnt even get the prescription filled there and he spent alot of time on the phone with me looking everything up to help me. He also spoke to the hospital and helped me get all resolved. Thank you so much!!!!! He was so wonderful and helpful.

New store manager Axel is extremely helpful. He greets you when you come into the store. He actively asks customers if assistance is needed. He helps out at the register when there are long lines.

Staff is friendly and helpful too.

Store is big and I can always find what I need.

Colleague Milkana was really helpful the other day. She was working on the covid vaccine but still able to handle the long line in the front take out. Really professional and friendly

I really don’t understand why so many negative reviews, I usually go to several cvs stores in the area and no doubt, this has been the best, super clean, well stocked and the staff is kind and friendly, especially Bekele and Axel were super friendly and professionals and dressed to the nines. Thanks guys!

Staffs ( specially an old gentleman working by the cashier), are extremely polite, nice and cooperative.

Better service than most CVS's in the area-they always say hi and goodbye. Pharmacy and Minute Clinic are fast and competent.

24 hours and one of the only 24 hour pharmacy in the area. They put in the extra effort of greeting everyone that comes in too.

Pharmacist Girish at the Potomac location is the best Pharmacist I have ever met!
