County BOARD OF SUPERVISORS and Deputy Chiefs, please do something to help your overall employees. The employees in HR are RUDE and lack customer service, the personnel assistance is a frustrating process with no information when it comes to medical benefits, and enrollment for on onboarding. They are rude in person at their main office and don’t respond to their emails. Do better to serve the employees that need them!

As a lifelong resident of Montgomery County I have tried to benefit from their online services several times and in each instance the process, layout of information, reliability of recommended sites and clarity of messaging is atrociously bad . The sad part about this experience is that it has been consistent regardless of the subject matter. Don't understand why they can admirably administer operational programs such as police, waste management, utilities etc. but not a web site. Frustrating.

An employee should be able to contact the HR dept directly, instead of utilizing the same number the general public uses for information on trash collection or file a noise complaint. This system is absolutely insane. Somebody at HR dropped the ball and left my family and me without health insurance. Kinda important. Took three days for them to call me back and correct it.
