I was at the CVS store 11/21/23 to pick up my prescription. The pharmacist Kaitlyn was very nice and even helped me how to save on my prescription and showed me how to do it online. She’s a a gem. She’s one of a kind in this store a breath of fresh air. Most of her colleagues just doesn’t care. Montgomery Village store should hire more Kaitlyn’s.

I see a lot of negative reviews. My experience was entirely different. Came to pick up my prescription and Poppi at the pharmacy was a wonderful help! She had 10/10 customer service and a 10/10 attitude. Highly recommend!

Went to this location for immunizations. Appointment was for 10:00. Everything done by 10:15. Pharmacist was great, shots were quick and painless.

I had my ears pierced at CVS, located on the corner of Stedwick Road and Montgomery Village Avenue, Montgomery Village, MD. CVS had a special on piercing, a pair of earring and a free bottle of after piercing solution. Associate Maria was experienced and very professional. I choose a pair of surgical steel posts. She was very careful and the experience was extremely positive. I would have her do another piercing in the future. It has been a little over a month and my ears are doing wonderful! Thank You

People have to understand that this is a very busy pharmacy. they process many many prescriptions every hour and sometimes things can get a little behind, but I have never gotten incorrect medication or wrong dosage or anything of the such. Therefore, I give them 5 stars all day long because they are a great pharmacy and there are really nice people here and I have never had an issue. You have to expect that there are going to be some delays in the type of service they provide and if that is considered this is a four to five star Pharmacy.

Great experience! I went in the store at 10:30 PM for two prescriptions. They greeted me promptly. They took my prescriptions at the drop off window and asked me to sit down in some chairs about 20 feet away. I had almost reached the chairs and they called my name. I figured there was a problem. They told me the prescriptions were almost ready and I could pay. I paid and the pharmacist came up behind the cashier and handed me my meds. I have never had prescriptions ready this fast. I was probably at the pharmacy a whole 3, maybe 4 minutes from the time I walked up to the time i walked away. They were awesome. From my experience, it seems like they listened to some of the other reviews on their quickness.

The Montgomery Village CVS is convenient and provides what you expect around the clock. I give five stars specifically for their pharmacy which in my experience is where they really shine. Their pharmacists have been great, try going to their help counter. I've consistently gotten good answers and staff have often walked down the aisles to find the right product that I needed. As CVS continues to grow into a health service the pharmacy should come to the front of each store to show off as their primary service.

It’s convenient to have a 24 hr pharmacy

Today I visited the CVS pharmacy located in 19100 Montgomery Vlg, and I had the pleasure of being attended by Miss Vera. His attention was very kind and gentle. She is the kind of person that should never be missing in a store. Thanks Vera. Thanks CVS!
