Friendly, welcome environment, everyone was helpful and caring. Absolutely loved Dr. Owens, he was caring and explained everything in detail. Definitely recommend this place!

Good Dr doctor

The dr did absolutely nothing for me. Sent me home with a second appointment. Trying to get an appointment with someone who knows what they are doing.

It was ok because the doctor said he would read all my tests of everything but yet gives me the round around to not tell me I needed to go to another doctor. His nurse tells me over the phone I needed to go to my other doctor because he only deals with brain and spine but yet still wants me to wait for the tests he is having done.. I have multiple sclerosis and was aware he dealt with all that.. he only deals with brain and spine that's it...

Diagnosed a patient with Alzheimer’s that has an excellent memory for a 95 yr old in fact better than most 60 yr olds plus smarter than owens ever was. Why? $$$. This guy is off his rocker the 95 yr old maybe isn’t as quick as when he was 70 but he is on top of his game past and present.

This place is very unprofessional and rude. I would suggest NEVER going to this place! The dr was rude and so was the so called “nurse” I’m pretty sure she wasn’t even a real nurse. I tried to call this office multiple times to reschedule an appt and their phones don’t even work. RUN!

Dr Owens is great and helpful but his staff are borderline useless and rude it took several try to get my meds to the correct pharmacy and when I had to reschedule they wanted me to pay 50 dollars out of pocket for missing a appointment I had already rescheduled

First appointment was good. Second one was horrible. On second appt was given a paper that told how to take medicine and was handed a prescription and rushed out the door. The majority of the staff had the “ I hate my job” attitude, especially the doctor.

The 3 women in the office are unprofessional, terrible at their job, lazy, and they nor doctor Owens care about their patients. I suggest picking another facility in the area for
A neurologist

If you under 18 you will not receive care from here. I guess they think everyone can afford to drive to Memphis all the time.
