The help i needed was unbelievably fast. I got connected to Erick who was super friendly and answered all my questions. The pricing was super fair and wayy less than what the dealership wouldve offered. He worked fast and got me a new key FOB for my car. I will definitely be recommending their services in the future. Did a great job, on site, for my Mercedes. Dealership wanted $600 , and to keep the car overnight. He did it for considerably less, at my house, and it has been working great !

I have a 2005 Merz, a great, dependable little car. One day, the key died. I'm not complaining, it was nearly 20 years old. But I was shocked when the dealership asked for several hundreds to make a new key. I would have to leave the car there, they would "test" it, then program a new key etc. etc. I forgot an exact amount, but the quote was in $500-700 range. I called my (great) mechanic who specializes in German cars, and he said he would search aftermarket. The news weren't great either. Something like $250 only for the fob. Plus programming. Phew. Then a friend recommended the US Locksmith LLC, and we hit a lottery. Yonni came to our house and it took 30-40 minutes for him to program the key for a fraction of the cost, and it was a GENUINE Mercedes key, not even aftermarket! And it was a pleasure to meet Yonni and chat with him, he's a great guy. Highly recommend!

I had a problem with my car's ignition switch so I left a phone message for the first time with US LOCKSMITH for someone to call me back. Within a few minutes, Yonni called me back. He was very patient in listening to me and my car's issues. He answered all my questions over the phone and he also sounded very knowledgeable so I felt reassured that he knew what he is doing and then he gave an estimate. In less than two hours on the same day, he arrived in his van with the company's name and in his clean and professional uniform. I am very grateful for the help received! Yonni was really pleasant and drove well out of his way to help me after my car stopped working and the long day I had trying to figure out what was wrong! I was supposed to be on my road trip already so I was a little frazzled. Turns out the micro chip from the new key fell out somewhere and that’s why it wouldn’t start!

Called around for an estimate to re-key a lock. Yonni answered the phone on the first try and provided an estimate over the phone. Called later to make a same day appointment. Yonni provided a time period and came at the front part of the time window. He was very professional and re-keyed the lock within 15 minutes. He also showed me how the companion door handle for the lock can be installed. Definitely recommend him for any lock work in the future.

Answered the phone immediately on a Saturday morning, was at the house in about 25 minutes, and made two keys from scratch for a 1998 Honda in short order. The price was reasonable. Completely satisfied.

Yonni was the best. I called at about 6:30pm and he promptly answered directly and let me know time lines and pricing and stuck to them, all while I was waiting on callbacks from other services. I was in my Jaguar that evening. It required cutting and programming new keys. Some other companies I contacted when I initially contacted Yonni, finally called me back the next morning. Even though the work had been completed the night before by US lock, out of curiosity I got price quotes “just to see”. Yonni had already undercut all their prices by at least 10%. Great experience!
