No communication at all. They want to cross train you in every department without a pay increase. Mold and mildew everywhere. Depressing. Dead bats and feces all over the fourth floor. When it rains it leaks on fourth, third, second, and first floors. Elevators are always down due to never being maintained properly. No direction as departments are moved for no benefit and then forgotten. Everything is always a priority. If you ask questions no one will have an answer. Company has yet to even perform a basic fire drill or any safety drill after almost 2 years of the company being there. If you enjoy freezing in the winter causing you to wear two coats at least because spending money to heat the place is not their priority. Extreme heat in the summer as the building hits upwards of 100+ degrees with no air because there is no maintenance staff to even get basics going. Elevators that can go down at a moments notice and leave you trapped for hours. Exposure to mold and mildew on the daily with no care for your wellbeing. Having no life come October - January as you will be working 6-7 days straight 10-12 hour days then this is the place for you.
