Food Lion

I really enjoy this Food Lion!They have real cashiers and helpful staff that don't run away when you need to ask a question. Therefore, the service is excellent, and the employees are courteous and informed about the products they carry. They have a good product selection. I prefer stopping here for grocery shopping and household requirements rather than going to Walmart. After all I've already done my job today; why do I want to check out my groceries?

It's interesting we were taught everybody at the store was helpful from the deli to the bakery go to check out a Kayla was so nice checking me out very polite very personable. Prices were good store was very clean and well organized easy to find things. I will definitely stop there when I'm in town again.

I'm here at least twice a week. The fresh produce and meats is what makes our family choose Food Lion as our Grocery Store. Prices and deals our great. I checked what we saved in an entire year, I was shocked!!! Groceries have gotten up there in price like everything else, but its something you can't cut out. We gotta eat. Especially with children. So every little bit saved can allow us to do other things.

I enjoy shopping at my local Food Lion. The fresh produce and meats just seem to always outshine Walmart. The MVP and loyalty programs the Food Lion offers are really nice. Even when products are a few cents more (compared to Walmart) it's worth buying at Food Lion because you can end up saving $5, $10, $20 in the end with all your purchases.. so you do come out ahead. I love that all the deals and coupons are on an MVP card or tied to your phone number as well.

What a great experience!! Placed a LARGE deli order 2 days in advance. When I arrived they had everything organized and boxed and bagged and ready! Not only did they prepare the sandwiches I ordered but they took it to the checkout for me to pay and then pushed it to my car and even loaded my car! They also added plates that I had not ordered but were appreciated. This was some of the best service I have received recently and they definitely need to be recognized for it. They went above and beyond!! Definitely will use them in future and will recommend to others.

Great as always had just what I needed knew where it would be and snagged it quick. Cashier was friendly and fast. I'm an avid food lion shopper when I need small things but sadly they don't sell in bulk so i do most of my major purchasing at Sam's Club nowadays. But food lion is always my go to for small quick congratulating guess. Their customer service is impeccable.

Always neat, always clean and always stocked. They have great service. You're never in a long line, if they see a long line they immediately get other cashiers. This is what grocery shopping should be like. Also make sure you get the food lion app on your phone. I'm a guy I don't normally care about things like that but there are real savings to be had with that app.

Very Clean store during the last visit. Always can get a dry clean buggy when I need. Bathrooms are clean. Produce has always been on point.

They always have pretty good deals and today they had only 1 apple pie left so my Papa got it. As I was putting stuff in the grocery cart, I noticed that the clear film that's on the pie box had a hole in it. I was kinda bummed out about it because I knew that my Papa wanted it. So I went to the bakery and asked if they had any more back there with the bakery associats. Bingo! She did have some and said that it wasn't a problem at all to change it out! Also, there was another associate pushing a grocery cart full of flowers around and was asking the women if they'd like a bouquet for free because they were getting a fresh order of flowers in. So instead of throwing them away, they were giving them away. My Nannie used to love to go in and get a bouquet of flowers when they were giving them away, it ALWAYS made her day and smile! Needless to say, my Nannie (my very BEST FRIEND, God-fearing woman, the sweetest most phenomenal woman who I knew, my earthly HERO, and earthly ANGEL gained her heavenly wings and halo on 03/16/2018. So the associate picked out the the most beautiful bouquet of flowers so I can put them on her tombstone tomorrow at church. Food Lion and that associate doesn't know what that small, simple, little act of kindness will never truly know how much it really meant to me! I'm still grieving very hard and I feel like part of me died when she passed away from this world and entered into her forever home, which Papa, Nannie and I call heaven!

Fill in trip, went well. Lingered more than ai minute in produce.eats looking good. Rib Eye packages screaming from the center isle. On sale. & Boston Butt's too. It would be wonderful if postage stamps were in smaller quality, instead of the sheet or some call them a book. Maybe someday. Cashier was efficient & courteous. 5 stars. A lot of frozen potato products & name brand pizza, must still be on the ship or waiting for a truck driver

I just moved to Reidsville, and I've been shopping between this location and Eden, everyone is always so nice but I'd like to mention David, I'm not sure if he's a manager or a cashier, but he was so nice today helping me with the Pepsi products on sale and gave me a rain check for some products that were sold out, it was just his wonderful demeanor, and good manners that I wanted to call him out just to let y'all know that he was a fine young man🧡💜🧡💜 I also want to say Ross is such a nice cashier, always very nice, and such a hard worker, give this man a raise💯💯💯

Love their selection of fresh produce and the great variety of MVP coupons for anything you could want! They also have a great variety of local products and can’t wait to try my locally harvested honey! Everyone was helpful and super sweet here!

I just have to share the joyful cart man. He smiles, speaks to all customers he sees, he has the worst job ever and is completely a grateful soul. Further the Grocery Mgr Kim was completely happy to assist us at service desk with carpet machines even though it wasnt her area. Wonderful 1st time experince

Was looking for a single cupcake for my Dad's 90th birthday. They were helpful in getting me a few to choose from and wishing my Dad a Happy Birthday. Easy checkout with friendly cashier

Food Lion makes the best birthday cakes!! Cakes are always fresh, moist and delicious!!
I ordered my cake in the deli department and they had it ready for me the next morning - excellent customer service!! Thank you very much Lisa ☆☆☆☆☆
