I trained with Brittany for 3 months to get in the habit of working out with the side of health benefits!

Brittany was very supportive and knowledgeable during my time with her. Every session was always different and I enjoyed the challenge of getting back into working out!

Form was always a very important thing for me, and during my time here I was able to see/feel how I improved. From when I started and ended with Brittany, I was able to see change that I'm not sure I would have seen without her.

Whatever your goal is, Brittany will help meet it. She helped me truly get back on track and I am now back on track with my fitness journey!

If there are any beginners or goal oriented people that need help meeting a goal or learning then do consider joining Melt Fitness! It was an experience that I will always be thankful for!

Brandon is an excellent trainer!! He is very knowledgeable and passionate about fitness & really cares about his clients. As active duty military, we have a high physical standard that Brandon helps me to exceed with obtainable workout plans and sometimes even meal advice. I’ve worked with Brandon for roughly two years now, he has kept me honest about working out and even helped me out while i was stationed in Dubai! I have recommended Brandon to multiple friends who have seen results with him because of his love and determination to train others. I will continue to recommend Brandon, he’s the best!

Brandon is a very knowledgeable and outstanding trainer. The gym and working out can be very intimidating for me. I have struggled with my weight, eating right, and exercising for years. I avoided the gym because I didn’t want to feel overwhelmed with where to start and frustrated with what I couldn’t do. This year I decided I was ready to make significant changes in my health, but I knew I needed extra support, knowledge, and encouragement from someone else.

I am so glad I found Brittany @ Melt Fitness. From day one of boot camp, she was nothing short of a fantastic trainer. She has a very fun and outgoing personality. Brittany is extremely encouraging and pushes me to achieve my goals. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more core exercises, lift heavier weights, and generally push myself harder throughout each session. She ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. I find I actually look forward to workouts now.

There are still many goals I want to reach, but I feel confident that with my work with Brittany, I will not only meet them but surpass them. Boot camp has ended and I will be working with her one on one for personal training. Thank you, Brittany!!!😁

I absolutely had the best experience completing summer bootcamp with Brittany. I appreciate the time she took to learn my concerns and offer modifications when needed. The variety in the workouts kept us eager and challenged in the best way. MELT Fitness is a great private gym (open 24-hours) for those who are looking to take their health seriously. Brittany is a fantastic trainer who listens to your goals and body. Her sessions are upbeat and designed with you in mind. I was a member for two years and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I would recommend this gym to anyone!

Brittany Taylor has been my personal trainer for almost 6 months. 10/10 recommend. She is extremely knowledgeable about workouts for all areas of the body. She is flexible with scheduling, and holds you accountable while also giving you the grace and motivation to keep going!! I have lost several inches off my arms, hips, chest, stomach, and legs thanks to her workout routine twice a week. On more than one occasion she has helped cater workouts specific to help with my menstrual cycle symptoms, sore muscles from previous injury, and a variety of other requests I have had. It is very comfortable to workout around her. She is friendly and it is clear that she is very passionate about what she does. Go book her now!!!

This is a wonderful place to train! I love the one on one attention to avoid injury. The workouts are never the same so you do not get bored. I have had both of my knees replaced so we do some modifications to adapt to that. I love that this is a journey and all journeys have ups and downs…. I have been able to work through the downs and be stronger.

Lyndsey is one of the most inspiring and motivating people I know. She started 5 years ago and has grown her business into one of the most reputable personal training gyms in eastern NC. I was a customer in partner training for about 2 months and saw results. She means business and takes her job seriously, so be prepared for a challenge (while also having fun). Her support doesn't stop with food or weights, she helps with your mental health and confidence as well.

There are no words to describe how AMAZING Lyndsey is...Not only as a trainer but as a person. She genuinely cares about all of her clients and their overall health. Lyndsey is super flexible, and she goes out of her way to ensure that you get enough one on one time with her in the gym. There was several times that she would leave her job as a nurse and come straight to the gym in her scrubs just to make sure that I was able to meet with her 3-4 days out of the week. Lyndsey pushed me to do things that I never imagined I could do, and she was right there encouraging me EVERY step of the way. Choose Lyndsey!! You will not regret it.

Melt Fitness has helped me so much in my life I can't even explain it.
Lyndsey is a great personal trainer. She motivates you to complete things you had no idea your body could do. She is very informative and she genuninely cares about her clients well being mind body and soul....

Loved working with Lyndsey! She held me accountable with my meals and cardio outside of our workouts. After the 8 to shape program I was able to comfortably wear a bridesmaids dress that did not zip beforehand.
