Pitt-Greenville Airport

Flight was canceled, was redire ted to RDU. Airline workers were top-notch. Got my redirected, provided shuttle service to RDU. They made the best of a bad situation !

I've used PGV to fly in and out of in the past, and everyone was always friendly, but I went with a friend and her 2 yo son today, because he loves planes SO much, and every single person I talked to was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Plus, there was lots of room for us to walk around outside and look at different things. I would only wish you guys might have an older plane or something in the future for people to walk through, after things get more back to normal of course. 😀 Thanks so much for letting us come check everything out, look at planes and get some extra helpful information. We'll definitely be back soon!!

A very small cute little Airport which flys small aeroplane's from Charlotte to North Carolina and back to Charlotte...

My experience was nothing short of AMAZING! This was my first time flying and the staff from check-in, to security, to boarding were so polite and accommodating. They were very personable and happily answered all of my first-time-flyer questions. I walked in nervous and immediately was put at ease when the check-in lady talked me through what to do/expect.

Small airport but it was easy to get in and out of. TSA staff were delightful and cared about their job. The TSA staff were thorough also. Only 2 gates at this airport but I appreciated the smaller, less busy environment.

Everyone at this airport is so nice. I had a broken ankle in a cast and they did everything they could to make it easier for me. Kristina from the American ticket desk not only checked me in she helped me through security and checked on me every 15 min and made sure I got on the plane safely. Southern hospitality is alive here😬

Love that it's a small but functional airport. My only issue is the time flights go in and out. There should more options, other than that I would still recommend it. The people are super nice and friendly and very helpful. Overall I'm cool with it.

The chillest TSA agents you will ever meet while of course still meeting all the requirements of their position to keep us all safe. Clearly a small regional airport with many folks doing multiple jobs. The American Airlines app is critical to keep up with your own flight info because literally every human has a connection. YOU WILL NEED 30 MINUTES TO CONNECT AT CLT!! Seasoned travelers are saying, Not True! Yes True! These flights frequently delay when the incoming flight is delayed that can lose you anywhere from 5-25 minutes. If you have a bag bigger than a “personal item” on a mainline flight, you will likely have to gate check the bag and wait for it plane side at CLT before you can run to the next terminal. Sometimes this only takes 3-4 minutes, sometimes it takes 10. Also PGV flights frequently land at E38 or similarly at the very end of E terminal, most connections are in C or D and it’s so far. Even if you do have time to make your connection in 15 minutes you’ll feel positive you won’t and freak out yourself and your fellow travelers the entire flight. Trust me, you’re better off just allowing extra time.

Quaintest airport ever. Never once stood in a line. Check in is personable. TSA was actually helpful AND communicative. Like, people who work here SMILE and welcome you. If you can get a decent priced flight in or out of PGV I highly recommend. And if your picking someone up, park, walking, and have a seat - there's mighty fine seating with a sweeping view of the tarmac.

But...I truly feel like American Airlines is trying to sink us...so many delays! Flight more than an hour late leaving then sat in Charlotte waiting for gate. Connection just made.

Friendliest TSA workers I've ever met. They didn't require me to take off my watch that is very clearly not a terrorist device.

I locked my phone in the rental car when I was going to fly out of PGV and Officer Walt S saved the day!!! He was able to retrieve the keys that went down the locked rental car shoot so I could get to my phone and got on my flight on time!!!! THANK YOU OFFICER WALT!!!

Small and quick, very fast and nice

I had to drop someone off today and it was easy to have bags checked and ticket in their hand and they on the way to the gate and me back in the truck home in 12 minutes.

So far. Great experience. Staff very nice. Security easy to get through and parking right outside the terminal...

First time flying here, and it was great! Quick, easy, friendly, and very close to my destination. Certainly will use this in the future. Fingers crossed more airlines can come here!

Small and easy to navigate through. Tsa was a breeze. Only need to arrive about 45min pre flight.

Very clean place. No one is in a rush as there is very few flyers here. No TSA pre check. Only regional jet service from AA here.

The TSA staff and American Airline staff were nice, friendly and very efficient in getting their jobs done.
