Fist time flying. They were very helpful and friendly. On-time and flights have been great

Yesterday was the first time my boys (14 and 21- with special needs) flew. Everyone that I dealt with were friendly and accommodating to our needs. Being a parent of a child with special needs, you never know how an adventure will go. I am glad to say it was a positive experience.

My trip to Greenville, N.C. on June 8 2018 to attend my grandson's graduation from Pitt High School..400 students graduated..a lovely graduation..fly from LaGuardia to Charlotte, N.C. where I had to change because American doesn't have a direct flight to Greenville..A large airport lots of walking, utilizing the flat escalator which aided me a whole lotta. My luggage 22in. Samsonite dark blue soft body. Psa Airlines operated as American Eagle no problems..my luggage was put on American Eagle so I didn't have to worry about that connection.THANK GOODNESS...the only hiccup in my travel was the airline attended who was having a bad day because he was nasty with a smirky smile. I thought it was just me, a tip off was "Where ever I don't care where you sit". Then I notice I wasn't the only
passenger he was nasty to.. I just ignored him, on exiting the plane this man actually thought people were going to THANK HIM, because he looked me directly in the eye with that smirky smile expecting acknowledgement of his position.. nasty disposition.
The return trip had to go" Stand By" this airport has a total of 2in/2out flights to Charlotte. I arrived at 1:45p no ticket agent.
I went searching and was told that I should have been there by 1pm.. by 2men who I found were edgy.. I'm thinking why all the hostility..OMG.. I am not a demanding person
nor do I speak to persons nasty..maybe they wanted confrontation.. I don't know.
When I finally got my ticket updated the other Security people who checked me and my knapsack were very nice..and they were watching the same guy..made me think there were issues amongst the rank.. Thought my bag was going straight through with me.. lordy, nnnoooo oh noooo. My bag is still in CHARLOTTE, and I'm at LaGuardia looking grabbing wrong bags.. nightmares...directed to baggage window explained and two very nice agents helped me. One young man was under going training and they both answered my questions without hesitation..My bag was delivered to me FREE OF CHARGE that Saturday 6/15/2018.. will fly again in November to Greenville using AMERICAN 🤗

Terrific experience with American Airlines. All staff were very helpful. Many offered assistance before I had a chance to ask. Entire experience was trouble free.

Nice small airport. Children's area is awesome. Free little library available! Don't pass up the opportunity to get a book!

Frequent flier with them, love that they fly out of greenville
