The service here was fast and friendly. I ordered the 3 for me which is a fantastic deal! The baked potato soup was good, the burger was huge as was the side of fries. I opted for the cheesecake as a dessert and it was worth the money also. My only regret was not taking pictures of this fantastic food!

I went in for dinner and got this server who was probably the sweetest server I’ve ever met. Her name was Christina and she was just lovely. Wish more servers were that nice!

Enjoyed a great meal at Chili's. We had the Boss burger; sirloin; steak, chicken and shrimp fajitas; chips and salsa. Everything was delicious and served piping hot.

Prompt excellent freindly service. I got the santa fe chicken salad. My wife had salmon. We tried to eat healthy all very good.

Very good food. Excellent service. Good prices, especially for the amount of food you get. We spent right at $45 for 3 people & 2 of us didn't even finish our meals, because we couldn't eat it all.

I got the surf and turf, 10oz sirloin and a dozen grilled shrimp, loaded mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. It was very delicious!

Four years ago, I had a terrible experience and posted about it. I decided after all this time to give them another try. Today, Anthony was my server. He was great and even suggested the "three for me" option. The food and service were great. It's definitely a positive 180-degree turnaround experience this time. I will be back.

Our server was awesome and the Fajitas we got were tender and cut like butter with a hot knife...

It was about 7:30 when our party of 8 got there, and another party of 8 already in the door. We were seated within about 3 minutes of our arrival. The place was kind of dead but we didn't mind that at all! I got the chicken bacon quesadillas. The only downside was one of the bites I took was slightly cold, besides that bite....it was great! It was a little dirty in the dining area when we arrived, which I assume was after the dinner rush. Thanks to the attentive staff they were already in the process of cleaning it up.

Our server's name was Antonio. He was quick to get our drinks ordered up and served promptly. The food came out shortly after, and in a timely manner.

Thank you Antonio and all the other staff that made this a good experience. It has been a while sine we have been there due to poor service and decide to give it another chance, it was definitely worth coming back into this establishment.

Couldn't get waited on at Applebee's after Noone really cared. Went to Chili's and the service was friendly and impeccable. The food was very good and really good price. We were having a horrible night and they saved our night. Especially when team members help each other to make the restaurant run smoothly.

I recently ordered takeout from Chili's of Statesville and I must say, it was a perfect meal! I ordered the Mushroom Swiss Burger along with a side of their mouthwatering Cheese Fries, and boy, was I impressed!l
The Mushroom Swiss Burger was the best. The patty was juicy, cooked to perfection, and piled high with melted Swiss cheese, sautéed mushrooms. The bun was soft and fresh, holding all the deliciousness in one place. As for the Cheese Fries, they were truly a treat!

I also appreciate the attention to detail in packaging my order. Despite being a takeout, everything was neatly packed, ensuring that nothing got soggy or lost its taste during transport.

The entire experience was remarkable and hassle-free. The staff was friendly and prompt, ensuring that my order was ready on time. From ordering to pickup, every aspect was seamless.

We've eaten at this location several times. Not sure why it's not busier. The staff is always good as well as the food. The dining area is clean. The service was good despite being a little short-handed the last time we were there.

The server, Dillon, was fantastic. One of the meals came out pretty undercooked. He got it fixed quickly. This was one of the best Chili's experiences in a while.
