NEW(UPDATE):
This CVS pharmacy has hired all new staff from pharmacists to technicians. This location is actually great now. The new staff is polite, friendly, and quick. It is like the other locations that are great in the triangle area. As far as the Walgreen's across the road, I have not returned to it, so no update there.

OLD(OUTDATED):
The Absolute Worst CVS Pharmacy I have ever encountered in all of North Carolina, unless you are historically local to that area then their bias may not be against you. Go anywhere else, to any other CVS location or anywhere else, except the Walgreens diagonally across because its quite the same over there also. It may be a larger issue within Durham, so you may just want to go to a Raleigh location instead.

Like any place they are usually busy. I am always greeted when I come in the door and the pharmacy staff is pretty great. Sometimes they are under a great deal of stress but I never hold it against them. The pharmacist always makes sure my prescription is ready on time and if I'm suffering they will even rush it. (Like today when I had a severe migraine and looked ready to throw up. He rushed the order so I could get the migraine medicine I needed.)

They give you 5 to 7 seven days to pick up before they reshelve it, so really you should never have to go through that process unless you're out of town.

Photo center is pretty awesome. Everything always looks great and is ready to go when promised. It's one of the best CVS in Durham!

Always super friendly! Both in the store and the pharmacy. They hold your filled script for quite a whileb putting it back & send lots of reminder texts, which is great since I have memory issues & work crazy hours. Switched from another pharmacy that I had tons of issues with, but I have been very pleased with this CVS.

Love this pharmacy! They’re always busy but I understand why and I appreciate their patience and time they take with each costumer. Especially the young man that works there.

World class customer service by the young lady working for front. Greeted everyone with energy and a smile. She is too good to be working at cvs, definitely meant for bigger and better.

I have been going to this location for over 6 years. The Pharmacy staff is always very helpful. If something goes wrong with a prescription or insurance issues they are immediate on correcting it. One time a prescription came in that actually was cheaper if I used a discount program instead of insurance and I had no idea. They informed me when I picked it up and it saved me a ton of money.

Excellent customer service provided by Chigozie today. Great team work effort. I'll definitely be back as I have been so many times before. Thanks guys.

The pharmacy is under new leadership and is much improved. The general vstore staff has always been beyond friendly. It's a great place to shop.

The people who work at the pharmacy here are just so nice. Really the best experience I’ve had.
