Tru by Hilton Mooresville

This was our planned stop from South Florida on our way to Pennsylvania. We have 4 pets so we had 2 hotel rooms booked. Due to many travel delays we did not check in until after midnight. Julie at the front desk was extremely thoughtful, helpful and accommodating. She found us 2 rooms on the ground floor next to the side entrance door, across the hall from each other. Julie made a difference. Breakfast was included which made our lives a lot easier especially traveling with pets and it was very good. The hotel was very clean. All the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend especially if traveling with pets.

Great Hotel. Beautiful, clean and quiet rooms. Bright, open and lively lobby. Large choice of snacks and drinks (alcohol) at the lobby market. Tesla destination charger filed up my 4xe. Will definitely stay here again. Dog friendly.

Great location, clean and efficient rooms, and nice staff! The breakfast was not amazing, but the pancake machine was very cool. Would have preferred to have a microwave in the room. There was one at the front desk and it was a commercial grade one that no one knew how to work.

My husband and I love Tru hotels for a reasonably priced place to stay with consistent cleanliness, friendliness, and good accommodations. But I have to shout out Taylor at this specific location. Why you may ask? Well a couple of reasons! She so graciously showed me the shower in a room like the one I would be staying in with my mom who needs a low step and grab bar; the accesible room available was a King bed and my mom and I like our space. She could have easily told me what the shower was like, which I have now learned is standard in most (all?) Tru hotels, but she went above and beyond.

Then, when I mentioned that my husband and I enjoy staying at Tru she asked if I was part of the Hilton rewards program. What?! No one else told me about a FREE program to earn discounts, and other perks?! No. No one but Taylor. She got me signed up that night and sent me to my room with my complimentary water.

Listen, these are small things, but small things add up to big experiences. This is customer service. I am extremely grateful and hope she gets recognized for her helpful, kind attitude!

Our stay at Tru was a last-minute decision, and we worried we couldn't be accommodated. The staff at Tru were able to get us and our dog taken care of and into our room within 20 minutes. The lobby was a very happy and welcoming area. Room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying at Tru going forward where ever we go!

My family and I came in from different states for a funeral and found The Tru by Hilton to be in a great location, especially close to the highway-for those who drove. The staff-Kelsea, Krysta, Taylor, and Tara were extremely professional and courteous to all my needs. I needed multiple rooms and although there were many changes along the way, I appreciated their patience. Although the rooms are small, we didn’t spend any time there except to sleep. They have an amazing lobby with a pool table and lounge area, which is where they want guests to enjoy hanging with family, instead of their rooms. We spent a lot of time there. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends!

Very nice stay in Huntersville. The rooms were spacious and the shower was very nice. Breakfast bar had plenty of variety and it was very helpful the checkout was 12pm. Would definitely stay here again!

What a great hotel! Super friendly staff. Super clean lobby, hallways and rooms. Lots of bright cheerful colors and concepts throughout the hotel and rooms. I'm not a breakfast person but what I had tasted great and a very nice large selection....again kept very clean. I've stayed at many high-end hotels and honestly I enjoyed my stay here just as much or more than those hotels. I see some comments stating the rooms are small. Not sure if any of them travel often but I do many times a year for business and pleasure. The rooms are average size, not small or large, I feel they are well appointed and again super clean. Great location, close to so much in the area. If you plan on staying in Moorseville, NC stay here, you won't regret it.

Rooms were very nice and up to date.
We stopped here on a road trip for the night. Had one small issue with our room, but they quickly and without question got us taken care of and relocated!
Would stay here again for sure

The location of this hotel is perfect if you have activities in Charlotte! The room was very clean and put together! Plenty of parking and amenities. I LOVE the digital room key paired with the app, it makes checking in and out very easy and fast! Highly recommend to stay here.

We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean from the lobby to the rooms and bathrooms. The bed was comfortable. The only complaint was the pillows were too soft

This is a very good place to stay! The lobby and common areas are very nice, and breakfast was phenomenal. They have an automatic pancake machine! Our room was very clean and comfy, and staff were always friendly and polite. The price was also very fair. Our only gripe was that there isn’t an overhand to unload under, and we arrived in the rain. Other than that, absolutely perfect.

Beautiful and clean hotel. All staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was great. There is free coffee and hot water in the lobby 24/7, as well as a microwave and a snack shop to purchase items. There is also a game room with a pool table, games, books and coloring books.

A note to fellow parents- there is a mini fridge in the room, but there is no coffee maker or microwave. Since it's right down in the lobby this caused no issue.

The staff members were very polite. The room was very clean. The hotel was clean throughout. You could smell it as soon as you walked in. The beds were typical hotel beds. They were comfy enough. The pool table was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. Thank you.

Clean and smart decor, I believe they are trying to achieve a Soho loft - industrial look.

Reading other reviews I did not find the road noise distracting. The bathroom was clean and had soap in the shower. Beds were comfortable and night staff was friendly upon check in.

My biggest pet peeve in hotel rooms is there being no USB ports. Tru had plenty.

Under the decor, it is a basic hotel room. It is not a flagship Hilton property and that's not who they are catering too. It's certainly nicer than a Comfort Inn or Hampton Inn for about the same money.

This hotel was wonderful. The room was clean and in great shape. The bathroom was spacious and very nice. The free breakfast was great. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The fitness center was very nice and had nice equipment. Overall was a great experience and would likely stay here again

Great experience as part of a wedding weekend. The hotel was more than I expected for the price point, so well done Hilton! The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. And I had no idea they were dog-friendly until we checked in and saw several folks with their dogs! We will definitely take advantage of this chain and their MARS program on another visit.

Small room, but was big enough. Loved the mattress. Free EV charging. Only negative was the non-mufflered cars that came by in the evening. Calmed down so not sleep was lost, but a little irritating hearing the stoplight drags due to my room facing the road. Would go here again. The staff and everything else was great.

stayed at a 4 star westin in lake mary fl .it was a dump compared to tru Mooresville, staff exceptional, offerings unreal ,it was amazing to stay here
