Been a renter for years in Durham and San Francisco, and I've used a handful of property management companies. This local business does an AMAZING job responding quickly to requests and being an intermediary between the renter and landlord. We HIGHLY recommend them. We've spent two years renting in a house that's had a ton of issues. Our rental house was a quick flip and has every issue you can imagine-- from pests and doors not locking to HVAC and laundry machine issues. I'd guess we've contacted Durham Real Estate WAY MORE than the average renter, and each time they've found the right person for the job. And they always did so with the urgency you want from a rental property.
