The professional and friendly service we have received by Liles Insurance Group has been exceptional. They are quick to respond to needs, questions, etc. and have helped us reduce our insurance costs while increasing the benefits we receive. We have recommended several friends and family to them as well and they've also been very pleased.

For many years my professional insurance needs were covered by a large, association within my trade. I thought that I was getting good protection at a fair price but last year I had the opportunity to move my business to the Liles Insurance Group and the difference has been tremendous. After a thorough discussion of my insurance needs, Lisa worked to find ways to improve upon my current insurance plan. In the end, I have more extensive coverage for less money! The process was seamless and the professional recommendations thoughtful because Liles Insurance Group is an insurance broker, not an insurance company. I have since moved my home insurance needs over to Liles Insurance Group as well because they work for me and not a specific insurance company.

I can honestly say I've never 'loved' my insurance agent until now. I love and adore Liles Insurance Group! They CARE about my family and they work hard finding the best rates to meet our needs. I've been using Liles Insurance for home and auto for 3 years and they have been fantastic. They worked very hard to get us the best price, which was especially important given that we have two teenage drivers and 4 cars insured. They are always prompt about returning calls and email whether it is for quotes, discussing insurance options or responding to questions.

The speed and courtesy of handling my claim was key for me. From the initial call to Nancy to the damage adjuster visit through to the arrangement for a rental vehicle only took a few days even though the accident was on the weekend.
