Labcorp at Walgreens

Was hesitant to come after reading poor reviews online, but my experience was very positive. Making an appt online was simple and check-in took seconds after scanning the QR code they send via confirmation email. Was called in on-time and the employee was very pleasant. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

I came as a walk-in at 11:00 a.m. on a Tuesday, and I was out and just under 20 minutes. Crystal was efficient and friendly. The LabCorp is at the back wall of the Walgreens. There are two touchscreen kiosks for check-in, and unlike other LabCorp locations I've been in, these were clean and functional. There are a few chairs just outside the door to wait once you've checked in. This was a convenient option right in Holly Springs, and I will keep this in mind for future lab work.

I have been to this location several times in the past few months, and I had the best experience. I am not someone to spend time writing reviews, but Leila is always friendly, quick and professional. I have small veins, and I'm used to getting poked several times ...but she always gets it right the first time. This is the only location I will go to.

Literally sitting in the parking lot after a super quick in and out at this LabCorp location. Easy check-in, super nice technician, quickly in and out. Definitely recommend!

I had to stop in for a last minute test. Check in process very easy and seen within a couple of minutes. Leila was super kind and does a great (painless) blood draw!

I dreaded going to Lapcorp typically... SO thankful for this one that just opened up. Clean, minimal wait time, the staff was so sweet and had me in and out in no time.

Very unprofessional. Had a client wait an hour due too their “only” worker going on a lunch break at 11:50am and did not return until 1:00pm, she told a story and said she did not leave until 12pm. Never the less after waiting patiently for her he was told they would have to reschedule due to them leaving. Which is untrue. Very unprofessional experience and would not recommend this location if you are serious about your time and efforts. Not a friendly experience and would never want to treat someone let alone be treated like a number, very disappointed. Tried to call for a supervisor but also no one ever picks up the phone

They took my blood without any issues and they yound woman who helped me was courteous and professional but the same cannot be said for her colleague. The woman who called me in after check in was rude, unprofessional, and had an attitude. She complained about having to do work right in front of me and generally gave me an uneasy feeling about having blood drawn there.

They can't keep appointment times. Expect long waits any time of day or week. All of these locations inside Walgreen's only staff with one person. In talking to other people waiting, they seem to take walkins ahead of their late appointments so try that.
