Jesse and Doug are so helpful and professional!! This company is doing things! We always have such great interaction, easy-to-requisition service, accurate and professional, could not possibly be more pleased with this company!

I wish I could give a zero. That’s company was a scam to our restaurants. John Fick was the sale man came to us and and listed the services with $76.10 per week in paper. The first bill came over $143 a week, he came and said “don’t worry about the number he will recalculate and fix that.” Couple months later, the bill increased to $306 per week. All he could do is “ Good afternoon. I provided the information to our District manager. He will follow up on a solution to the billing” and he refused to give us the contact information of the person in charged. Also, after 10 months they haven’t provide the logo maps for the business and when your towels bills came almost the same with your rent payment . You had to refuse the service and they made you pay $7700 to get out of their service without any explanation.
I hope John Zillmer and his successful leadership will save small businesses to avoid the TRAP by his employees!
