In 6 years, I have found Franklin's post office to be both efficient AND very friendly. Coming from the Charlotte area, the quality of the workers is outstanding. Not crazy about them not deliveringparcels to our house, but always grateful for this well run outpost in a largely broken system.

I’ve had a PO Box here for 15 months. I’ve lived in three different states and this in the nicest Post office I’ve ever been in. The service is impeccable and everybody is so extremely nice and professional. I don’t know how Google reviews this as 2.7 stars. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

Fast friendly service. They are always helpful and assist us in tracking where and when packages will arrive. Too bad that the powers that be have reduced their sorting capacity and staffing that slow down the service. The PostMaster General is not doing well. The locals do great!

Everyone has always been nice and helpful when I've gone in since I moved here 4 months ago. I go in frequently to pick up packages and mail things. Not sure why they're rated so poorly. No issues I can see.

I want to to send my gratitude to the hard working people at USPS for doing the best they can with the circumstances of politics and their pandemic. I thought my package was not going to show up but it did today, though the delays were frustrating I know it's those on tops fault, not the postal workers, they really do care and do their best. They do alot for America, and in gratefull they exist.

Always helpful, always friendly. Sure I have had an occasional letter sent astray or a neighbors mail in my box, but it is an exception easily corrected. Sure I have had to wait in line, but the do get busy and usually are dealing with customers that are not ready when it is their turn. Not their fault.

We had a delivery problem because the agent on my end in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. used the wrong code. So the package went astray and made its way to the Franklin, NC. instead of to Cashiers, NC. It was re-routed and went to the Greenville Post Office and then back to Franklin, NC probably several times. Finally, the wonderful supervisor, Christie, in Franklin took the appropriate steps and called me to verify that I had sent the package and then forwarded it to the correct post office in Cashiers. As a result, the recipient finally received her package and was very pleased as am I. Thank you, Christie, you are the best and the postal service is lucky to have you.

They are always very nice and efficient in Franklin Post Office. I moved here from Southern California, and the customer service is night and day. I no longer have to dred making a trip to the P.O.

I've lived here 26 yrs. and in all those years my mail carriers have always been extremely nice and efficient. I appreciate them greatly.
