Nicole and her staff are awesome! They took ownership around June 2020. It’s now known as LiveWell Spa. They did a wonderful job of expanding their services while maintaining Grade A professionalism and keeping their rates affordable. You’ll love what they’re offering since it’s all designed to optimize your health, relieve your stress and help you feel your best! I love coming here and I can see the positive changes in my body taking place each week. It’s best to make an appointment in advance before you go. Enjoy!

My aunt and I tried this place a couple weeks ago and I was immediately hooked! I’ve felt super bloated the past few months and stopped sweating during my usual workouts. The Halo Salt Sauna is fantastic! I sweat sooo much and feel amazing afterwards. My bloating is almost gone and I’ve lost a few pounds of retained water! I’m SO glad i decided to get the membership. The ladies who work here are all lovely and I always look forward to my sessions 🩷

This place is amazing, I love the attention. Linda is a great listener and she made sure she focused on the areas I told her, especially since this massage was very much needed. I didn’t realize how tight my upper body was until the session was over. Oh boy, was it tense but afterwards I felt so much relief. I would highly recommend anyone to get their massage from Linda

I love this place - highly recommend for sauna and massage. Kelly is one of the best massage therapists I've been to in years. She goes above and beyond - extremely knowledgeable about the body and pain management. I also love Linda at the front desk.

I have been going to Live Well Salt and Sauna since they opened. I bought the unlimited membership after realizing how much it reduced my pain. I go 4-5 times per week. I have arthritis and joint pain which has been reduced by about 70% since I started going here. It’s a clean, beautiful spa environment and the staff are awesome! I Love having 30 minutes each day to unplug and relax. The infrared heat feels amazing. My weight is down as well which is an added bonus. I highly recommend.

Live Well is a clean, beautifully decorated and “zen” place. I love the sauna and halotherapy that they offer! Super relaxing environment, has a tea/coffee/water and snack bar, items to help you freshen up after a sauna session and their price on packages are awesome!

My parents got us a Groupon to use here and I just wanted to give a shout out to Maddie the young lady who greets and answers the phone. She is bubbly and friendly and explains things thoroughly... we met her last night at our appointment and she was just as bubbly and friendly in person! We enjoyed our halotherapy visit!

Forget everything you thought you knew about saunas. This was unreal. Sweat without the steam! I'm an athletic guy, and this was the equivalent of a high intensity workout. The rooms are nice and relaxing, staff is super friendly and helpful. Make sure you hydrate!

Great place. Massage was awesome. They also have infrared saunas and salt therapy. Good prices on all services. The streach lady was unreal. I felt like a new man after treatment. 👍👍👍👍

Listen , I know people , I know service, and I know good vibes ! This place has all three going on and it’s only been open for a few weeks! Get out to Live Well Sauna & Salt quick ! They’re located within half hour or less of Cornelius , Huntersville , Charlotte , Davidson , Troutman , and of course Mooresville. When you go in ask for Devin , he’s got personality, along with customer service abilities that you won’t forget ! Congrats to Logan the sauna & salt owner for bringing a unique and much needed busniness to the Lake Norman Area !
