We used Texas Cleaning Services for a move-out clean and a move-in clean. We should have stuck with our gut to cancel the move-out clean after we saw how horribly they cleaned the house we were moving in to. The move in was an almost completely empty two story house just less than 4,000 square feet so we were not surprised when a two person team arrived. I asked them what time I needed to return to go over the home and they said there was no need to because they would let themselves out. Big mistake. Upon returning to the home, we found dirty showers, cabinets with the crumbs and the previous owners hair still in them (we paid extra for this to be cleaned), greasy appliances, counters with visible grime, toothpaste splatter still on the faucets... After reaching out to the company and sending more than 50 photos of the condition, the GM said they would fix the issues by having someone come out again, but the offer only stood for 72 hours or you could get 50% off a future service. It took almost a week to get someone scheduled as he only replied to email once per day and wouldn't take a call- and this is after I called again to speak with other staff members and threatened to cancel my other clean. They had the next clean scheduled before the redo and not only did the lady show up after the "one hour arrival window" closed, but she did a terrible job mimicking the other house, I had to communicate with her through my mother because she didn't understand what I wanted her to redo in English, and I ended up telling her to forget about half the stuff I wanted redone because it had already been 6hours between the two "cleans" that day. I reached back out to the GM via email about my disappointment after losing over $850 and needing to clean everything myself, but got no response until I called. They offered a refund of $200. This company is a joke and I am beyond upset I spent so much money and ended up needing to clean one house, now full of boxes, while chasing my toddler and the other at midnight before we had to turn the house over to the new owner.
To top it all off, my own cleaning supplies disappeared, a hand towel that was hanging up was "thrown away," and a child safety lock key disappeared from an empty house and I got the joy of watching someone clean the entire bathroom and the kitchen counters with the same cloth.

We are very disappointed with our service from Texas Cleaning Services. We had a move out clean scheduled for late morning. Our cleaner didn’t show up on time, rather 2 and a half hours late. Once they arrived, we stepped away and returned 45 minutes later, at which time the cleaner said he only had 15 minutes left to complete the house (2500 sq ft). As we walked through the house, we found that the floors had not been mopped, the carpets were sloppily vacuumed, the bathrooms were hardly touched, the blinds and windows were not dusted, baseboards not cleaned, kitchen not wiped down, etc. When questioned about these tasks, our cleaner became defensive, responded rudely to ourselves and our new buyers, and walked out mid job. We have been trying to get in contact with the office to receive a refund for a service that was not provided. We were told that we would receive our refund within 5-10 business days, yet we still have not received it. When trying to contact the office about it, our call is either not answered or the staff response is extremely rude.

Never use this company. My house was not cleaned properly. The owner said they would be here 3-4 hrs, they spent about an hour. man and women who could not speak English and they were very sloppy cleaners because, they have not been trained properly and the reused the swiffer mop from the previous job they were at. I had to come into my home and clean my house again.....NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! if I didn't have to put a star I would not give them a star at all, very nasty cleaners and spilled dirty water on my bedroom carpet. The entire job was sloppy, didn't even clean my shower. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Good day.....I'm not quite sure how there are such quality reviews for this company. I have decided to warn others ..... I had the ABSOLUTE WORST experience with TEXAS CLEANING SERVICES as I am about to share. I scheduled a deep cleaning for a home in New Braunfels Tx. They sent out 1 young lady that could barely speak English(she was very nice but obviously overwhelmed) It's a very long drawn out turn of events...to sum it up.. over $500 was paid for a move out deep clean and the job was done was not even close to professional. it was left incomplete. I had several exchanges by email and phone with this very UNPROFESSIONAL company. I sent pics and also had a conversation on the day of the substandard cleaning, they promised it would be done right. IT NEVER WAS!!!! They do not do a good job and they did not bother to make anything right with this fiasco of a "cleaning". I could go on and on, but will sum it up by saying... PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE save yourself much added TIME and EXPENSE and use anyone else but this unreliable, unprofessional, overpriced so called cleaning company.
