Kellie Dawn VanTuyl, DO

My previous awesome PC doc left the system (Warren Clinic) I’ve been using with Community Care, so I needed to find a new PC. I also lost my Rheumatologist of 35 years to retirement, so I’ve been busy trying to set up new docs. I’ve been going to St Francis for 40+ years so I wanted to stay there with my records.

I’m close to County Line in BA and finding a good doc that accepts CC insurance, has openings for new patients, and gets good ratings isn’t easy! Also wanted someone closer to my home, female, and had a practice in a one level building with not a long walk!

I found Dr. VanTyul in Coweta and was able to get in to see her as a new patient just beginning a diabetic journey. Dr VanTyul and her nurses are amazing, the staff are very friendly.

They’ve done everything for me from getting me the meds I need, excellent follow-up care, and very quickly! Blood work is done in office and testing to see how diabetes has effected me. Dr VanTyul listened to what I had to say and she’s very intelligent (yes, that’s rare, IMHO).

Her office has made it easy to help me get appointments with docs in other fields where I need to be seen as I have many health issues. They are “My Chart” friendly, which was also very important to me. They have viewed and answered all messages promptly in My Chart and worked very well with my pharmacy prescription service.
