Great family owned and operated small hotel just where we needed to be for some doctor appointments and be close to our daughter’s house in Pearland. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable! Unlike many small motels, they actually seemed to enjoy what they are doing! They are still in the process of doing some remodeling, and it is looking really nice!

I arrived very late (after 11 pm) after having to leave another AWFUL hotel. The front desk checked me in quickly. The parking lot was well lit and there were no people loitering outside. My room was very clean with NO bugs (as mentioned by another reviewer). Everything worked in the room. I slept well without any disturbances. It was very quiet. I will return very soon. Nice hotel. Convenient location.

Hello everyone it's been awhile since I did this review. But now its even better cause the owners knows who we are when we call to see if our room is a valuable, and they will let us know by call us back. Love you guys.

I really enjoy my stay here. I needed something cheap for a festival I was going to in Houston. I also needed to check in a day early and they were nice enough to let me and still charge me the online rate. Rooms were nice and clean. I had no issues w/ our room what so ever. I really like that they keep an eye on everyone and who is parking at the motel. You can tell they don’t allow any crazy business going on there. I felt safe. When we asked for our room to get cleaned they did a good job. It smelled like bleach. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Houston. Also the room was 15 mins to NRG stadium. It’s right off the hwy and a straight shot. The city also has alot of places to eat in the area. It’s located pearland Tx.

I had a double bed rm that's was very spacious, clean, lovely and comfortable beds . Near interstate but fairly quiet . I'll definitely be coming back.

The staff was attentive and friendly. They are renovating but we were not disturbed by any noise. Fresh paints, new furniture and great service. Will definitely stay here again...

For the price of the hotel it was good. Had no problems. Couldn’t hear the other neighbors thru the walls. It was clean and comfy.

Kathy was very efficient. She handled the transaction well and gave me a very nice room! It was so comfortable. Flat screen TV, microwave, fridge and a king size bed!

Alittle difficult to get to but the rooms are very clean and updated. The property is very well maintained! Not meant for children. Will stay again in the future!

I stayed here for a week. Clean suites. Great staff.
Secure location. They light the place up like Fort knox at night. They pay attention to everyone coming and going. I would recommend any of my out of town guests to stay there

Clean friendly rooms could.use a couple chairs and maybe a table but I still give it a 5 star will definetly stay there again price was very reasonable rooms freshly renovated they dont allow visitors which is kinda weird but not a deal breaker

the rooms were great! the beds were super comfortable. they had a nice bathroom as well

The staff are great to work with, got pet room, very reasonably priced, thanks to the lady who checked us in. Will stay again when I am in the area

The rooms were clean, A.C works really good and it is quiet here!

The location is tricky exit 2 exits before and just ride the feeder to it. I git list 4 times trying to exit before the toll.

Quiet, the a/c unit in room was so loud it had to be turned off when it came on plus it didn't work.

Nice and clean.. But old furniture...
