7-Eleven

Store is nice and clean. Staff are nice. However, not able to get what I stopped by for. Not sure if it was because I stopped by at 10p on a Sunday, but I was not able to get a what I came for. Drink station was out of ice, coke, Mountain Dew, and most icee flavors where not available.

I'm not sure what went wrong here. I am a fan of 7-eleven but I don't even know what to call this "out of convenience" store. The pumps only work when the stars align. The coffee machines and slushy machines only work if you are the luckiest person alive. Due to the amount of traffic the store gets I believe there should be a full time stocker. This 7-eleven severely lacks all of the enjoyable qualities to make it the 7-eleven that I've known and loved. Our trips have been reduced to emergency only.

This store is constantly committing fraud. On various occasions I would prepay for gas at the register with a credit card and after pumping I would go back for the receipt with gallons I purchased on the receipt for cash back purposes. But every time, the receipt they would give me would be a cash receipt. I called the manager about the issue and never received a call back.

All kind of flies inside of the store. The store closes randomly, they don’t have gas a lot of the time. It’s truly a gamble coming here.

Sigh… it is very sad to say, but all these new businesses in the city Park subdivision are slowly becoming subject to terrible service and delinquent ownership. First, it was a Jack-in-the-Box across the street, very ghetto and terrible service. Now with the 7-Eleven gas station, if you wanna call it, that, is less than a year old and has had so many issues. It’s not even funny. following their opening weekend, in a matter of a few months, they have had their whole staff walk out on them, their slushy machine never seems to be working, the place is always a mess and items always seem to be out of stock. What makes it worse is that there is no accountability from management on site, or even the ownership. Imagine a gas station within a few months running out of gas more than a few times. Imagine a gas station and convenience store, who when you go to check out, the customer service person is wearing a bonnet, or do rag, or’s on their phone. That’s what we’re faced with with these new businesses in a city Park subdivision. Today I went by there, and I walked in, they said their computers were down, they couldn’t take any transactions, and if you were getting gas, you could only do it at outside, and I look around and more than half the restaurant is sitting down, eating, Cicis, pizza and Wingstop. What a Time to be alive!

this 7/11 has many many problems. This is the only gas station I have been to that runs out of gas and then when it does have fuel, the pumps don't work. There are many times where they tell you you can only use cash. The little breakfast taco restaurant is not that great. Supposedly that taco place opens at 5 and I went in there at approximately 5:15 and I was told they were not open. A few months later I went there again and order the eggs la Mexican and they told me they could not give that to me because they only had eggs with pork (I don't eat pork) so why couldn't they just fry up some more eggs???? I stopped going to this gas station as often because it is a gamble whether you will be able to pump gas or not. There is a gas station a little further down the road on the opposite end. Go to that one instead.

Growing up in NY there was a 7-Eleven on almost ever corner, filled with goodies. This one not so much, the store is always filthy, specially the floor and coffee station. The store has also been robbed several times and they have yet to give their employees any protection against that. Sad because the employees are only kids to say the least. I was excited for this store but needless to say it's Ghetto.

Not really sure what's going on with the employee LUNA. I walk into the store to get gas. I stand in line behind two guys. I was waiting in line and another male customer walked in maybe after 3 to 5 minutes of waiting. When it was my turn to be checked out LUNA disregarded me even standing there and went straight for the customer that came in after me. The customer that came in after even said I think he (me) was here before me. She stood there as if she had lost her ability to speak. SO after 7 seconds of silence I finally said to the customer that had come in before me to go ahead and go. He got checked out LUNA still not acknowledging anything that just transpired. So the customer in front of me is done and once again offers an apology and thanking me for letting him go ahead of me. LUNA checks me out without saying anything about the situation. She wasn't necessarily rude but if you randomly pick people to check out that are in line not based on the order that they are in line then some retraining on how to correctly check out customers in the order that they come into the line is in order.

The store has absolutely gone down hill in less than 3 months. Cleanliness of the store and the lot is atrocious. I sincerely hope whomever is managing this store understands this current look is beyond unacceptable.

The community simply deserves a nice clean convience store.

This place is very poorly managed the manager herself does not know how to be a manager and the employees of color African Americans complain about her and state that they are treated differently the few African-Americans that did work here have left and they have stated that the manager is racist the store is always dirty at night

Hey guys, there's no working sinks in here, and they're serving serving food?? Now I'm doubting every employee washes their hands

Nothing work there! I asked the young boy who was at the register ( who also was talking on the phone and didn’t pay no mind) if anybody can refill the cappuccino machine because it was just water, he just continue talking on the phone and then said “is not working “.

Holy heck this place is garbage. The slurpee machines don't work, the food made me sick, the store is filthy, the employee are just standing around doing nothing. Why does 7/11 allow their name to be on this is bewildering.

Don't eat anything inside this store nasty place. I got a chicken Enchiladas look fresh that was a lie when I started eat it chicken bones inside almost choke Don't eat at this place

Absolutely the worst gas station ever. Always out of slurpees, gas, food. The workers are rude. I’m too old to be dragging a cashier….
