Dunkin'

So this location use to be a hit or miss on it being good but has improved so much! After we ship out orders in the morning, I swing by there on most days. Josh is the man! He is welcoming, listens and you can tell he loves his job which can be hard to find these days! He usually knows my order which is usually 2 large ice coffees with a sour cream donut! I hope the Manager sees this review and pulls him aside for a job well done!

To everyone working today and I believe the time was a little after 10:30 a.m. 09-22-23…you all deserve to be praised. A lady explained they had a power glitch where the registers turned off. I understand the stress of that and they all handled it so well. Everyone was still efficient and made the best vanilla chai latte I have had in a while. Normally I refuse to go anywhere but Starbucks for one but mine was so delicious today I found a new place. My son enjoyed his donuts as well. Also the young lady that took my order in drive thru was not only the sweetest but she repeated everything back loud and clear which is awesome. Today’s experience made me an official Dunkin’s customer. Goodbye Starbucks

Ooooowwweeee 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨 Now I see why the people up North go crazy over these puppies lol. Everything on their menu is delicious. From the Breakfast Sandwiches to the Donuts! I’m a big Blueberry fan and those Blueberry Donuts go crazy. Especially if you pop it in the microwave for a bit 👀 Go explore their menu and tell ‘em that Henry sent ya 😉

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, which only after I ordered and paid did they tell me that...oops. They're out of bagels. Thankfully they suggested the "everything" bagel, which turned out to be great. They put more cream cheese on my bagel than it takes to choke a camel (a good thing).

Full disclosure: I really don't know how much it takes to choke a camel nor would I advocate it.

I have been waiting for a Dunkin’ Donuts to open since we moved to the area three years ago. I was incredibly excited to see how long the lines were on opening day. The drive-thru wait was long, but expected. My order was made incorrectly, but the staff remade it quickly with no problem while I was at the window and were super friendly about it. Everything was great and made it worth waiting in line for such a long time.

And some jelly donut holes and butter pecana ice cream coffee. Very tasty and goodness sugar Rush and caffeine buzz.

honestly a solid Dunkin’ experience came in around 11am on a Tuesday ordered a coffee and two donuts the cashier was friendly and I got in and out within 2 minutes. The store inside seemed clean and my food tasted good.

Everyone there is friendly and they make the drinks the correct way.

Daily customers are greeted with rememberence. Staff is pleasant, order repeat is utilized to save on mistakes, and they're always open when I need them!

I absolutely love Dunkin’ Donuts, it’s always very consistent, with the app I get free drinks ((a lot)), and the baristas are always so friendly! One of my favorite coffee stops!

Love this Dunkin so much they have the sweetest teenage workers that are respectful we don’t see that much in are day!!! Abi is a lovely person I saw her there and I had the wrong order and she fixed my order and got me my correct order right away! And OH faith my drink was messed up and this sweet girl was so kind to fix my order the third time I came and Ruthie she is a lovely young lady as well that helpes me. These are the best people at their job I had to take their names!!

A dozen donuts for $10.50 with tax, you can't beat that. Donuts were great. Staff was friendly. Inside was clean. Plenty of parking. I love Dunkin.

After 3 years of tinkering with the formula.. they've finally done it!!! My caramel frozen drink that has been my favorite for many many years!! You've done it!!! Just please add my espresso after you mix it!!! I pay for the espresso, please add all of the espresso in my drink! Lady I Love You! When I sip on the drink you made me today, the mouthwatering goodness brought me back to home!! I noticed you added caramel in the cup and on top! Never seen you guys do that in the past.Thats how home did it! Keep doing that! Thank you and make sure your formula is shared to prevent future drinks taste like french vanilla or fermented caramel again.

I'm here at DD and I can say I'm very pleased with my experience here. It's very clean the cashier provided excellent service by completing my order fast and efficient. Very competent with what I was requesting cause I wasn't sure if they had what I wanted. My order was complete by the time I took a seat. The employees are very nice and friendly. They actually look like they enjoy what they are doing. Who does that right lol. Well guess what they do. So I will definitely be returning in the future. Great job you guys. I also wanted to add that this location compared to the one in fort Smith definitely changed my mind about Dunkin Donuts!!!!

Stopped here on a late Sunday morning and the line was out onto the road. Once we were able to get into the lot, we opted to go inside rather than wait in the car which turned into a good decision since there was only 1 family in front of us. Quickly selected our mixed dozen donuts and tried the plain and everything mini bagel bites as well. We preferred the everything bagel bites as a general rule. I wasn't a fan of the cream cheese they used but my wife and son liked it.

These are our GO TO drinks! Try it exactly as my picture shows. Its BOMB! Let them know what you think!

Pumpkin Swirl latte in. Broken Arrow was delicious!!! Keep up the good works!

We received fast, friendly service. Our donuts were fresh and delicious; no issues like others have had with skimpy frosting. My coffee was prepared correctly and just right for me. We are looking forward to going back when we are in the area again.

I love coming to dunkin! Even though they are short staffed the always are trying their hardest to get the food and drinks out as quickly and professionally as possible. I always come in on the weekends Friday-Sundays (the busiest days of their work weeks, every week) and a lot of the customers are very rude even though they see the employees are working their hardest. Needless to say this dunkin is amazing and doing their best every day!

Always have a great experience with ordering ahead! Super friendly workers, tasty coffee, and fantastic avocado toast! I do wish there were more locations in Tulsa though since I have to drive out 20 mins for coffee.
