I came in to buy some new bathroom stuff and jordyn was so nice. We had an issue with missing tags and her and two other people came and helped me to purchase the items, they really made sure i left with what i wanted and i didn’t really mind picking new items but they made sure i got the specific ones i brought to the register. After a long day at work it’s just nice to have workers so kind to help, they thank me profusely for being patient but i was just happy to get new stuff for my bathroom haha. Anyways great staff and products.

This store is awesome and has a great team to help you with your shopping needs. I love that they honor their 20% off coupon and they never expire! That helps a lot in today's economy! We have also purchased a full set of Caphelon pots and pans and they allowed me to trade them in for the full value to upgrade to a new set. The manager was so easy to work with. I wish that I could remember her name. Whenever we have purchased something online and had any problems they have been there to help and honor the online prices. This store is the best to work with! Would highly recommend for the service and prices!

Zoe is awesome. I had trouble with an online Black Friday order. I called the Norman store and Zoe went above and beyond to help me resolve the situation. I haven’t physically been into this store but the customer service I received from her makes me want to visit sometime soon. Thanks for your help Zoe! A big five stars just based on your customer service!

I received a vacuum off my registry about 4 years ago and they said they’d replace it for life. I came in today to replace it thinking it would be a huge headache. They exchanged my old one for a new one and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Buying a $500 vacuum from here is worth every penny. Friendly, helpful staff and management. Amazing customer service experience

I was very impressed today with the high level of customer service I got from Aubrey. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me both on the phone and in person in the store. I am not used to that kind of service from big national chains. I'm so glad that this business remains on Ed Noble Drive.

Never been in here before but that gave a nice collection of stuff with decent prices, fun place to just stroll and look at the things.

Boy is this place ever a wild ride. I love coming in here and getting lots in thousands of I never knew even existed. We practically decorated my entire apartment out of this place alone. If you can't find what you're looking for, a member of the staff will help you along the way. We had someone pointing us in the right direction, and they stuck with us through our entire visit. Very nice to have people around that know what they're doing.

I stopped in earlier this week and was very pleased with the service I received! Jackie was extremely informative, helpful/thorough with helping make a decision on a product that I had questions about. George & Katelyn (?) were also wonderful - very friendly and helpful as well! Excellent customer service! :)

Years ago I remember this place smelling so bad/thick with perfume it was hard for me to breathe. This time however totally bearable. All the candles have lids on them now. I needed a travel heating blanket. She knew exactly where it was and that it was the last one they had in the store😱 I love there odds and ends they have. Truly beyond lol

They have some just about everything there and just about every price range that you want from the not so good to the fantastic best comforters I ever saw I don't think I want to spend money for the top stuff since the dogs are laying all over it half the time so I got some of the cheap stuff I still had it quite a while and I got cheats and I got pillow cases and just about anything you wanted that place if they hadn't got it you don't need it Jim

Great store , manager Mark very patient. Customer service was Great , lady Katie was very respectful and patient with all customers even seen her push a client around in a wheel chair. No. 1 in my books !!!

I just shopped at this store yesterday where I purchased an awesome body pillow for my hubby! And, a zippered pillow protector.
The body pillow is "WAMSUTTA" and is a serious body pillow; which measures 20 inches X 54 inches.
After I used my 20% coupon; I paid approximately $34.00. Not bad!!!!
Also, the staff are very friendly.

The employees at this store are so helpful and nice. Very willing to go look in the back to see if they have a particular item i want (and they usually have it).

I just wanted your store to know I just had a great experience shopping for a wedding gift for my granddaughter. With the help of Brian Stackhouse, I was able to do it all by telephone. Great place, especially for kitchen wares and small appliances. Quality products and always some unique items you can't find everywhere.

Price was marked incorrectly They still honored it. That was awesome of them.

I went in looking for a specific item I'd seen in the flyer they mail me. They didn't have any in stock but the manager was extremely helpful. She got one ordered for me and it should be delivered to my home by Monday.

Some interesting things here, they have things you won't find elsewhere. I bought a device once that helps you to squat on the toilet, it was a great gag gift.
