Boot Barn

Today was my first visit to this store. The store is very clean and well organized. My salesman, Tristen, was extremely helpful, he educated me on the proper care of my boots, and was able to answer all of my questions. It's unusual to find a young person that can, not only carry on a conversation, but is personable. He is a keeper! I will definitely be back! Thanks for the great customer service.

I purchased a pair of their name brand boots (Cody James) in June of 2018, the soles started coming apart after I was assured by the salesman that they were solid soles (they were not). I brought them back to the store 6 months later in December 2018 to show them how poorly the boots are made not expecting them to do anything about it. Well, they did do something about it, they apologized and told me to get any boot I wanted. I did. I got the boots I originally wanted, a pair of Ariats. The price difference was comped by the store manager.
I had NO receipt, NO box and they exchanged them and took a $60 hit.
I will ALWAYS buy from Boot Barn!

Katie was a true delight and very patient. Finding a cowboy hat that fits my head is not easy, but they had one and I didn't have to settle for just anything. I'll be going back.

I work in the oilfield and have been a red wing guy for 12 yrs. I came in and bought a pair of Cody James work boots after an issue I had with redwing. While at work I noticed the steel on one toe pointed down slightly and rubbed the top of my foot. When I went on days off I forgot to wash them so they exchanged them with no box and had drilling mud on them. Staff was very nice about the whole situation. I Highly recommend

Got a great pair of boots and some earrings for my wife. The store is very nice and well organized. The staff was helpful and not overwhelming. Would definitely recommend the Boot Barn.

First time stopping in here, glad we did. Shopping around for some boots since different places has different prices. This place can’t be beat! Awesome customer service from everyone, Garrett was friendly and took care of us completely.

I visited here after going to Cavenders and was able to find the exact pair of boots that both stores sold yet Cavender's had no stock available and Boot Barn had everything I needed. The staff was friendly the prices are good the selection is unreal. It's like Tener's without the sales staff looking down their noses at you.

Bought a pair of twisted X boots before Christmas. Very comfortable and the sales lady was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately a little over a month later they started falling a part and the threads began to come undone, and i brought them back in to see if i could get some new ones. They told me to pick out something else and theyed just charge or refund me the difference. I bought some more expensive Justin boots and only charged me $10 more! Very satisfied with the customer service! Will shop again!

Great selection of western wear and boots. Had a problem with a pair of work boots I bought and they took care of it. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Mark and Madison have helped me the last few times there, and they have been nothing but great.

I bought a pair of the $179.00 Justin Commander boots. Had them 2 months and the liner started coming out making it almost impossible to get the boot off my foot. Took them back caked in mud from where I got stuck in knee deep mud and the manager took a look at them and said "go get what you want". So I went back and found a pair like them for $209 and thought maybe they were made better. Nope. Same thing. I wasnt able to get back up there and exchange these but they would have if I had gone back. Wish I would have. I have a $200+ work boot that since March has came plumb apart on the inside and the steel toe is floating around in the right one, the awesome looking soles are broke down and coming apart and I have a 9 month old pair of boots that I can't wear because they kill my feet the way they are broken down. Plus it takes too long to get them off once you spent 10 min stuffing the liner back in them to put them on. Bottom line, But for Boot Barn, just stay away from the Commander X5 by Justin. Not at all worth the money.

Had a great experience. They took their time to make sure the boots you wanted were a great fit. I'd highly recommend and will go again.

Aspen the salesperson was awesome. It was my first time buying cowboy boots. She took her time and explained to me what type of boot will work best for me.

Boot barn is amazing. The employees are kind and friendly very helpful. One tall cowboy that works there is very handsome and extremely sexy. They have carhartt clothes and great selection of boots.

The staff greeted me, and everyone who entered the store while I was there. Excellent selection of work wear, specifically safety shoes and boots, good prices excellent service
